Theso-calledcareercontent,referstoapersonengagedinworklife,takepositions,orhaveprofessionalexperiencecourse,isaccompaniedbythedynamicdevelopmentofindividuallife-longprocessofcareereducation,formerlyknownasvocationalguidance,anddevelopmentofthetheorywiththetimes,careereducation,schooleducation.1971graduallyenteringtheUnitedStatesFederalDirectorofEducationDr.MaLunformallyproposeda‘careereducation’concept,marksthemodernAmericancareereducationmovementbegan.onthedefinitionofcareereducation,scholarshavegenerallythatcareereducationisapurposeful,planned,organizedtodevelopindividualcareerplanningself-awarenessandskills,developindividualcomprehensivevocationalability,andpromoteindividualcareerdevelopmentactivities,istoguideindividualsandimplementcareerplanningforthethemainlineofacomprehensiveeducationalcampaign.③careereducationconceptisproposed,countriesandregionssuchasIndia,Taiwanandotherplacesofschooleducationhastointroducestudentstocareereducationactivitiesintheoverallqualityofemployment,entrepreneurship,andachievedsomeresults.WiththeemploymentsysteminChina’sreform,vocationalcollegegraduateswithcareerguidance,careereducationcoursesintroducedgradually,inthe<<ideologicalandmoralcultivationandthelegalbasis>>madeabrieflesson,butcancareerEducationandthecombinationofideologicalandpoliticaleducationisnotmuchhighervocationaleducationinstitutionswillbecloselyintegratedintothecareerofideologicalandpoliticaleducation,invocationaleducationstudentswillbemoreideologicalandpoliticalupperhand.’sideologicalandpoliticaleducationofvocationalstudentsandvocationalcareereducationistherelationshipbetweenmasteryandcomplementaryorganicunity.
