AsphaltPavementSubgradeofCauseandTreatmentMeasures
Abstract:
embankmentisthebasisoftheroad,roadbedsubgradequalitydefectsare"spring",slopeinstability,settlement,andseasonalfrozensoilsubgradeandotheremergingdiseases.Whenembankmentsoftunstable,underrepeatedtrafficloads,notonlywillcauseunevenroadsurfacesubsidence,promptingprematuredestructionoftheroad,andwhentheembankmentcollapseorlandslideoccurs,itwillcausetrafficinterruption,tothegreatroadsafetyproblems,inflictingsignificantpropertydamage.

First,thefoundation"spring"andPrevention:

(2)rollingprocessintheweaklayerisfoundtohaveoccurred,shouldbepromptlyremovedandre-compactedsoilreplacementbenign.Andthedegreeofcompactionandwatercontentoftheexamination,tobecheckedonlyafterpassingalayeroffilling.

(4)for"spring"foundation,theimportantthingistodothedrainageworkPavement,isusuallybesttotakemeasurestoreducedwatertableundertheembankment50cm.
(5)beforefillingembankmentclearinthemixedweeds,mud,etc.,overwetsoilandthesoilwithorganicmatterwillnotbeallowedtouse,easytofillintheembraceoforganicmatterhasdecomposedorganicmatteraftertheformationofvoidsinthesoil;andmorethanover-wetsoilcompactionoptimummoisturecontent,failingtomeetrequireddensitywillresultina"spring"roadbed.
Second,EmbankmentSubsidenceControl:
(1)constructionmuststrengthentechnicaltraining,theconstructiontechniciansandoperatorstounderstandthesignificanceofhierarchicalcompaction,totheoperatortodotechnicaltests,theloosefillembankmentthicknessdoesnotexceedtherelevantprovisionsshop,toavoidthethickfillcannotbebuiltwithinthethicknessofloosesoilspreadalltherequiredcompacteddensity,resultingmainlythesubgradedeflection,orcausefoundationsettlement.
(2)attentiontotheoriginalgroundhandling,compactionandreinforcementtostrengthenthefoundationfortheoriginalgroundhorizontalorverticalsteepslopeof1:
5shouldbemadeinthestep-likeprocessing,andfullycompacted.
(3)highfillsectiontoconsidertheearlystarttoavoidfillingtoofast,theindividualisbetterroadbedfill,conditionsallowthesectionsofthehigh-fillwaterinjectionmethodcanbeusedsettlementconstruction,roadbaseconstructiondelaysputasmuchaspossible,especiallyPavementconstructionthenthemorepowerfulsectionsofsettlement,primarilybecausethenaturalfillingsubgradesettlementisnotenoughtime,sotrynottoconstructionofroadbedandroadsurfaceconstructionofthesameyear,sothatsubsidenceofthediseasewouldbemuchless.Embankmentonaweakfoundationforthefilling,inadditiontotheweakfoundationforeffectiveaction,fromtheoriginal1~2meterabovegroundheightofnotfillinginfines.
Third,commondiseasepreventionandtreatmentofseasonalfrozensoilsubgrade:
Highaltitudeareas,mostareashavedifferentlevelsofsubgradeduetoseasonalfreezingphenomenon,andtheresultingboilingroadbed,netcrack,propackageandotherdiseases,forwhicheffectivemethodstoTreatment:
(1)theminimumfillingheightofembankmentmustensurethatnotbecauseofsurfacewater,groundwater,capillarywaterandfrosteffectsandreducethestabilityoftheroadbedinaccordancewithdesignspecifications,accordingtothebaseofwetanddrysoiltypesandcapillarywaterleveltoensurethattheminimumembankmentfillingheight,whentheembankmentheightinrestrictedandcannotachievethespecification,theappropriatetreatmentmeasuresshouldbetaken,suchas:
replacementsand,gravelandotherporousmaterials,theprovisionofseparatelayersorconstructionofundergroundinfiltrationtrenchtoavoidplacesimmersedinwaterandgroundwaterarearoadbed,subgradeworkareaofthebasestrengthandstabilityofsoil.Subgradesoilexcavationshallbenotlessthan60centimeterreplacementgravel,stoneexcavationsubgrade,gravelbeddingshallbe30centimeter,horizontalsectionsofpoordrainageditchtoadditionalblindchannel.
(2)mustcomplywithlocalconditions,theoverallplanning,consideringthefoundationprincipleofverticalandhorizontaldrainagedesign,toavoidlong-termwaterimmersiononbothsidesofroadbed,subgradebearingcapacityofthedeclineinsurfacesettlementoccurs.MustbesetintheVillagesectionofdrainageditches,roadditchesshallbeprovidedwithflatlongitudinalslope,toensuresmoothdrainage.
(3)centralizedhighfillsectionsofdrainagemeasures,andwiththewarningpile,anti-wallandconsider,requiringevery20-40meterandthemainpointofgradientchangesetsimpleorpermanentdraintank.ExcavationSectionoftheDepartmentunderthewaterontheslopetodesignintegrateddrainageditches,andtoconsidertheslopeofsoilandslope,settheretainingwalltopreventlandslides,thelowersectionsofroadbedcantakeadditionalgravelandwaterseepageblindditch,andincreasetoenhancethedrainageditchesandothermeasures.Ensurethatthesubgradeslopestability,highfill,deepembankmentfillslopeshouldbebasedontype,slopeheightandotherspecificationstodeterminegeologicalconditions,highembankmentembankmentstabilitymustbechecked.Fillslopeistoohigh,consideraddinginthemiddleoftheslopesetslopeplatform.
(4)activelypromotetheprotectionofplantprotectionandthehardformofacombinationofcomprehensiveprotection,themorestablesoilslopewithgrass,layingsod,plantingtreesandotherplantprotectionmeasures.Weatheredrock,jointdevelopment,softrock,brokenloose(gravel)Stoneandcutslope,soilerosionbywater,thegrowthofplantscannoteasilybeusedfillsloperetainingwall,masonryandotherengineeringprotectionmeasures,alongRiverembankment,anderosionbyiceroadagainsttheuseofretainingwalls,stonepitching,gabionriprapandotherprotectivemeasuresdirectly.
(5)Setacertaindepthinthesubgradebarrierintheroadsub-baseorsubgradeatthetrapsattheupperstratosphere,withgoodwaterstability,coldstability,andhighstrengthofcoarsegrainedsoilsubgradereplacementtop.
ThedegreeofasphaltpavementsubgradeCausesandtreatmentmeasures:
AsphaltPavementmanyfactorsalone,roughness,qualityofpersonnelwiththeconstruction,subgrade,pavementlayerconstructionquality,bridgeculvertandbridgeexpansionjointsatbothendsofthetreatment,roadconstructionmachineryintheselectionandqualityofthematerialontheroad,whichispreciselytheimpactofroadsurfaceroughnessfactors.Nowroadbedconstructionofasphaltconcreteanalysisoftheimpactofflatness,andtoexploretheformationofasphaltconcretepavementdoesnotcauseandtreatmentmeasures.
First,becauseanalysis:
Asphaltconcretepavementfortheflexiblepavement,theoverallstructuralstiffnesssmallerloadsinthevehicleeasytoproducealargedeflectiondeformation,theroadstructureitselflowerflexuralstrength,itisthevehiclethroughthestructurallayersofloadtransfertothefoundation.Asthebasisfortheroad,embankmentconstructionqualityisgoodorbadwillbereflectedtothepavementlayer,wherethegreatestimpactonthepavementroughnessisunevensubsidence.Unevenpavementsubgradesettlementwillinevitablycauselocalorlargeareaofdepression,causedbyunevenroadsurface,analyzethecauses,nothingmorethan:
(1)newandoldroadbedsettlementlapisnotidealgeneratedunevenroadbedandpavementlayercausedbythelongitudinalcracksanddislocation.
(2)mishandlingofaspecialfoundation,especiallyinlow-lyingperennialwaterofthesoftgroundisnotproperlyhandled,theprotectiveembankment,drainagesystemsareimperfect,resultinginlocalsubgradesettlementanddeformation,thusaffectingthesurfaceroughness.
(3)theinappropriatechoiceofembankmentfill,subgradeproblemsfillingprocess,theroadbedarisinginthecourseofunevensettlement.
Bridge,culvertendsofthephenomenoncausedbyjumpingintotheinevitablehighwayconstructiondefects,butalsotheculpritofpavementroughness.
