去外企面试需注意五大忌讳
到外企求职,很多人或许都有应付古怪面试题的准备,但不少人尽管做面试题很成功还是不明不白地落选了。

我们总结了多位外企面试官指出的求职失败者的陋习,希望对你有所帮助。
迟到失约
守时守约在人们的日常生活中已成为起码的礼数,迟到、失约更是外企
面试中的大忌:
这不但会表现出求职者没有时间观念和责任感,更会让面试官觉得你对这份工作没有热忱,从而对你的第一印象大打折扣。
面试官提醒求职者,去面试时最好提前10至15分钟或准时到达。
如因有要事迟到或缺席,一定要尽早打电话通知该公司,并预约另一个面试时间。
数落别人
很多跳槽者在面对雇主“你为什么要离开原来的公司”这一问题时,往往会数落原单位的不是,比如薪水过低、原雇主不能知人善任、同事间勾心斗角等,将自己跳槽的原因全部推到原单位的过错上,并极力赞扬新雇主如何如何好,以博得面试官的好感。
事实上,在面试官眼里这样的求职者只会逢迎拍马,不找自身的原因,这样的人工作一定不认真。
更重要的是,即使是对方的过错,而一味地推脱自己的责任、数落别人,也只会让面试官觉得你记仇、不念旧情和不懂得与人相处,反而更会导致面试官的反感。
掺水说谎
由于外企的工作环境、薪水待遇等相对较好,求职的人自然不少,很多人为了使自己在竞争中脱颖而出,就使出了包括韦小宝式的撒谎功夫,伪造自己的职业史,将不属于自己的功劳据为己有。
这样做的求职者忽略了一个很重要的事实,就是作为一个跨国公司,诚信是做人最起码的要求,任何雇主都不会聘用没有诚信、随时撒谎的人作为自己的员工。
即使在面试现场能蒙混过关,但谎言一旦被揭穿,那么你的好日子就到头。
因此,面试时千万要实话实说,不能无中生有。
短话长说
一般来讲,每个人的面试时间都不会太长。
因此,求职者都会想方设法在规定的时间内尽可能多展现出自己的才能。
但求职者在推销自己的同时,还是要记住中国的一句老话——言多必失。
面试的目的是了解你简历上不能体现的能力,面试官的目的非常明确,因此,你在推销自己时切忌滔滔不绝、喋喋不休。
否则,面试官会觉得你不善于抓住问题的重点,总结归纳的能力太差。
但也不要错过表现自己的机会,有的求职者由于担心管不住自己的嘴,在回答问题时只有一两句,甚至只回答“yes”、“no”,这也是不可取的,应该尽量做到谈吐自如。
欠缺目标
外资企业非常看重员工自身的职业规划,如果你的求职目标太多,这个岗位不适合就希望到那个岗位工作的话,这会给面试官留下没有明确事业目标的印象。
虽然一些求职者的其他条件不错,但无事业目标就会缺少主动性和创造性,给企业带来损失。
面试官倒情愿聘用一个各方面表现虽稍逊色,但具有事业目标和热忱的求职者!
电话面试时的注意事项
A.面试时间与场所
选择方便于双方的时间与场所。
由于电话面试主要是由面试官打电话,因此,求职者要通知对方方便接听电话的时间和场所。
求职者中不乏这样的人,他们没有考虑外国的时差,通知对方可以任何时间拨打电话,最终熬夜等电话的时候不小心睡着,结果在头脑不清醒的状态下接听电话而以失败告终。
不仅是时间方面,还要选择能安静接听电话的场所。
另外,由于随时都有可能来电话,所以要把本人的简历、便签、笔等物品放在电话附近。
B.消除紧张情绪
由于看不到对方的面孔,有的人可能会更加紧张。
这时,可以寻找适合自己的消除紧张的方法来应付面试。
例如,如果你觉得在便签上写东西或紧拳头可以消除紧张情绪,不妨可以试试。
C.了解有关招聘公司的信息
对招聘公司的信息了解得越多,就越容易应对面试。
第一,容易理解面试官的提问;第二,当面试官了解到你掌握很多公司的信息时,会对应聘者产生好感,面试也会变得轻松起来。
D.提问内容
掌握提问的内容。
任何面试都是双方之间相互观察和了解,而不是面试官单方面"审问"应聘者。
面试官会对应聘者提出各种问题,以此来衡量你是否适合本公司,同时应聘者也可以向面试官提出任何你想了解的问题。
面试官会认为有疑问的人对公司更加关心。
