一、测试目的
XXXXXXX一家工程用塑料管材制造商,是国内从事PP-R管道的龙头企业,目前35KV变电所共有3台主变,1#,2#主变容量为1250KVA,采用并联运行方式,3#主变容量为1600KVA,分别供挤出,注塑,波纹管,破碎造粒车间的供电,而大部分的电机都采用直流调速,工作时不同程度的产生谐波注入35KV母线,故通过对伟星新型建材有限公司三台主变0.4KV侧的谐波测试,了解该变低压母线上的谐波情况,来评估0.4KV级别电源的电能质量是否符合国标《GB14549-93电能质量公用电网谐波》。

谐波电流允许值计算见GB14549-93中公司(B1),其中变压器1600KVA,短路容量为26.7MVA,1250KVA,短路容量为20.8MVA。
¾GB/T12326-2000《电能质量电压波动和闪变》
电力系统公共连接点,由波动负荷产生的电压变动限值和变动频度、电压等
级有关,如表3。

六、结论
2007-10-24对XXXXXXXXXX三台主变的谐波进行了详细的测试,经过分析,结论如下:
(1)2007-10-2413:
20至13:
50电容柜投运时1#主变0.4KV谐波
谐波电压总畸变率达到8.3%左右,超出国标值5%,谐波电流以5,7为主,5次达到320A,7次160A。
(2)2007-10-2413:
57至14:
17电容柜投运时2#主变0.4KV谐波
谐波电压总畸变率达到8.8%左右,超出国标值5%,谐波电流以5,7为主,5次达到387A,7次170A。
(3)2007-10-2414:
49至15:
17电容柜投运时3#主变0.4KV谐波
谐波电压总畸变率达到5%左右,A,B相超出国标值5%,谐波电流以5,7为主,5次达到150A,7次40A。
1,2#主变负载最大电流可以达到2400A,故到时0.4KV母线谐波情况比目前还要严重;3#主变目前负荷比较小,公司已拟新增生产车间,由3#主变供电,到时3#主变电流增大,如果生产线含有直流调速电机等设备,谐波电流含量势必会增大。
从低压侧的谐波测试数据表明,三台主变在投入电容的情况下,0.4KV侧谐波电压,电流达不到国家标准值。
