摘要
英语是当今世界上主要的国际通用语言之一,也是世界上最广泛使用的语言。
随着近年来世界范围的信息高速公路的高速发展,世界进入了信息社会和网络世界,地球显得越来越小,国内和国外的界限变得不大清楚了。
从一定意义上讲,可以说国内就是国外。
所以对于我们来说,如何让小孩子们喜欢英语,喜欢上英语课,就成了所面对的问题。
面对干巴巴的课堂,根本提不提他们的兴趣,所以利用一切可以利用的实物,情景,调动他们学习的兴趣和热情,也就是所说的情趣英语,就显得格外重要。
因此我们因该把更多的注意力放在孩子们的兴趣上。
本文讨论的情趣英语在教学中的重要性。

Abstract
Withtherequirementofeconomicdevelopment,EnglishhasbecomemoreandmoreimportantthatpeoplebegintolearnEnglishwithfullyenthusiasmevenfromyoungerage.Englishisnowwellestablishedasaworldlanguage.Theeducationalpsychologytellsus:
Thecharacteristicsatelementarystudents’agearethestrongcuriosityandimitation.Thetimeintendingtopayattentiontothedurationrelativelyisshorter.Andthelanguagestudyitselfismonotonousandarid.Ifthewaytheteacherteachesandstudentslistenlastsconstantly,inevitablyitwillnotarousethestudents’interest.Especiallyfortheelementarystudents,iftheknowledgeiswhattheyareinterestedin,theycanhappilystudyit.Butifthestudentsarenotinterestedinwhattheyarelearning,andareforcedtostudy,theywon’thavethedesireofseekingknowledge.Thestudyenthusiasmwillalsogreatlyweaken,thusitdirectlyaffectstheirstudyeffect.Fortheelementarystudents,iftheteachercarriesonthemethod“teachingforfun”,thestudentswillbeexcitedandactiveforalongtimeintheformofchangeableteaching.Thismethodhasthebenefitsfortheteaching.

1.Introduction
Studyisadevelopmentalprocessofpositivecognition.Childrenshouldnotbetreatedasthewaitingtobeirrigated"spatialjars"again,butshouldbethepositiveexplorersoflanguageandthought.Englishteachingforfuncanincreasethestudents'participationfeeling,conformtotheprinciple—“Thestudentisthemainbody.Theteacheristheleadership”.Itispropitioustotrainthestudents’abilitytouseforeignlanguage.Itcaninducestudents’desireofseekingknowledgeandpromotestudents'positivethought.IndicatingaftertheinvestigationthatthebiggestpsychologicalbarrieraffectingchildrentostudyEnglishisthedeficientconfidenceandhavingnocourage.However,theteachingforfuneducationusuallyhasthegamenature.Itmakesstudentsovercometheshypsychologicalbarrierandenormouslyenhancestheirself-confidenceandcourageinstudying.Thisisthebiggestmeritthattheteachingforfuneducationhas.
ThispaperbeginsfromtheproblemswhichexistintheelementaryschoolEnglishteaching,introducesthepresentrequestofelementaryschoolEnglisheducationalreformandproposesthenewEnglishteachingmethodwhichconformstothereformdemand—teachingforfun.Thispapertellsthatthedefinitionandthefeaturesofteachingforfun.Italsotellsthatthepracticeofteachingfuninvocabulary,oralEnglishandlistening.Inthepresentstage,carryingontheteachingforfuneducationtotheelementarystudentsisimperative,whichconformstotherequirementofqualityeducation.

3.Problemanalysis
ProblemsofEnglishTeachinginPrimarySchool
SinceministryofEducationissuedtheinstructionopinionin2001about“positivelyadvancingtheelementaryschooltoopenEnglishcurriculum”,theelementaryschoolEnglishteachinginourcountrydevelopsveryquickly,andtheresearchofelementaryschoolEnglishteachingalsogetstheencouragingprogress.However,theelementaryschoolEnglishcurriculumstartedshortlyafterall.Manyproblemsarewaitingtobesolved.Forexample,theteachingidea,teachingmethod,teachingmaterialuse,teachers’trainingandsoon.Generallyspeaking,elementaryschoolEnglishteachinghaspresentedseveralproblemsasfollows:
3.1Problemsofteachingtools
InEnglishteachingtotheelementarystudents,themajorityschoolsstilladoptthetraditionaleducationalmodel.Thetraditionaleducationalmodel,whenusedinteachingthetraditionsubjects,liketheChineselanguageteaching,mathematicsandsoon,hasthecertainsuperiority.Ifwestilladoptthetraditionalteachingmethod,wewillfallbehind;wecouldnotarousestudents’interestofstudyingnewlanguage.Onthecontrary,wewillcausethemtoproducetheboringpsychology.Accordingtothepresentteachingidea,weshouldchangetraditionstereotypicalteachingtoolandintroduceadvancedteachingtoolswhichcanarousestudents’interest.ItisthekeyofthereformofelementaryschoolEnglishteaching.
Forexample,theapplicationofaudiovisualeducationequipmentandnimbleteachingtoolinEnglishteachingcannotonlyattractelementarystudents’interest,butalsogreatlylessentheteachers’workload.Butatpresent,greatmanyEnglishteachersarestillusingachalk,abookagainandagaintoteachthestudentsintheclassroom.
Theseadvancedteachingtoolsandequipmentssuchasthemultimediamaygreatlyenhancethestudents’interestsandtheinitiativeofstudyingEnglish.Theseequipmentsareveryimportanttoorganizethesignificantteachingmethods.However,atpresentmanyschoolslackthesetoolssothattheireducationalreformscan’tachieve.Therefore,therenewalofteachingtoolsisalsotheprerequisiteoftheteachingforfunmethodweareadvocating.
3.2ProblemsofEnglishteachersinprimaryschool
Teachersarethepractitionerofthequalityeducationandthereform.Thequalityofteachersdeterminesboththerenewingofeducationalconceptandtheimprovementofteachingcontentsandmethods.Nowadays,therearetwomainproblemsofEnglishteachersinprimaryschoolinourcountry.Oneistherecordofformalschoolingofteachers.Theotheristhequalityofteachers’pronunciation.
ThroughtheinvestigationduringthemainteachersofprimaryschoolandteachersofchangingpositioninGuangDongprovincein2002,DongYanping(2003:
10)foundthatthemajorityoftheelementaryEnglishteachersareteachersofchangingposition.Themajorityofteacherswiththehighestrecordgraduatedfromjuniorcolleges(97%).However,mostoftheseteachers’Englishrecordsofformalschoolingarejuniorandsenior(junior:
74%;senor:
16%).ItisshortoftheelementaryEnglishteachers,especiallytheteacherswithhighquality.So,themostimportantthingisteachingtraining.Weshouldencourageteacherstostudyfurtherandtakepartintheprofessionaltraining.
Pronunciationisn’tthemostimportantsideofthelanguagelearning,butitisthebase.It’sthekeyperiodforelementarystudentstomastertherightpronunciation.Iftheteacherspronuciationisn’tstandard,thelearners’pronunciationwillbeaffected.Whatismore,it’sverydifficultforthelearnerstorectifytheirpronunciation.
JustasHuMingyang(2002:
16)said:
“Ifwecan’tsolvetheproblemsofelementaryEnglishteachers,lettheteacherswhodon’tpronouncewellteachtheelementarystudents.Whentheelementarystudentsdevelopthehabits,it’sverydifficultforthemtochange.”
So,thewrongpronunciationthatappearsinthisperiodisawasteoftime.WeshouldfirstsolvetheproblemsofEnglishteachers.ThenwecanguaranteethequalityofEnglishteachinginprimaryschool.
3.3Problemsofteachingmethodsinprimaryschool
Intheforeignlanguageteaching,thenewteachingmethodemergesincessantlywhichtheoreticallyis“impregnable”.Butwhenitisutilizedwidelywefrequentlycannotachievetheanticipatedgoal.Wantingtotrulyclarifythereason,wemustresearchthemainbodyofstudying,researchthestudents'non-intelligencefactorsandinquirethesourceofqualityeducation.
Elementarystudentswhoarementallynotmatureyethavenotformedtheirconceptofmaturevalue.Weneedtoestablishasetofscientificmethodsofstudysuitingtheirindividualitycharacteristics.Infact,thetraditionaleducationmod
