Abstract
Thepurposeoftheresearchistheanalysisoftoolsofaestheticeducation.Themethodologicalbasisofthestudywaspersonorientedapproach.Resultsofthestudyshowedthattheintroductiontheintegrationofwordsandmusicasthemeansofeducationonthebasisofpersonal-orientedapproachensuressuccessfuloperationofthisprocess.Onthebasisofthereceivedandexperimentallyconfirmedresultsitwasconcludethattheimplementationoftheinnovativeeducationalcourse«TheArtofwordsinmusicasameansofstudent-orientedaestheticeducationwillenhancetheefficiencyofthisprocess,andalsowillallowtoorganizetheworkofthehighereducationalinstitutionasalinkunifiedsystemoflife-longaestheticeducation.

Introduction
Theobjectofthispaperisthesystemoflife-longaestheticeducation,whosestructureintheRussiansystemofeducationareschools,universities,coursesofimprovementofqualificationofteachersofmusic.Subjectofresearchisaestheticeducationoffutureteachers-musicians.Thepurposeoftheresearchistheanalysisoftoolsofaestheticeducation,implementationofwhichwillallowconsiderablyincreasetheefficiencyofthisprocess.Themethodologicalbasisofthestudywasperson-orientedapproach,toenhancepersonalfunctionsanddevelopmentofself-educationalcultureofthefutureteacher-musician.
NowadaysintroductionofnewmethodologicalapproachesintheeducationsystemisanecessaryconditionforimplementingrelevantpedagogicalprinciplesintheXXIcentury-humanism,freeself-developmentandselfactualizationofpersonality,upbringingofapersonofculture,whichiscapableofassumingresponsibilityforthemoralchoiceonthebasisofspiritualideals.Oneofthemostpromisingwaysofimprovingthesystemofeducationistheintroductionoftheperson-orientedapproach.However,thistrendhasnotreceivedsufficientlightinginscienceyet.Itcanbenotedinthecontextofprimaryschoolthecertainaspectsofthisapproachwerestudiedintheresearchesofperson-orientedaestheticeducationbyAryabkina,Volcegorskaya.Atthesametime,thereisashortageoflearningopportunitiesforimprovementthroughtheimplementationofperson-orientedapproachasindividualunits,andtheentiresystemoflife-longesthetic.Theobjectofthisresearchisthesystemoflife-longeducationofmusician-teacher,whichincludesanumberofstagesintheRussianFederation:
pre-school,general,initialprofessional,averageprofessional,higherprofessional,post-graduateeducation.Thesubjectofresearchistheaestheticeducationoffutureteachers-musiciansintheUniversity,asoneoftheimportantlinksinthesystemoflifelongeducation.Thepurposeofthisresearchisthestudyofthemeansofaestheticeducation,implementationofwhichwillgreatlyimprovetheefficiencyoftheprocess.Toconductthestudywerethefollowingobjectives:
tohighlightthemainindicatorsofcontinuousaestheticeducation;createtrainingtoolstofacilitatetheeffectiveachievementoftheselectedindicators.Themethodologicalbasisofthestudywasperson-orientedapproach,whichallowstheuseoftheprocessofteachingandprofessionalactivitiestostrengthentheirpersonalpotentialanddevelopacultureofself-educationofthefutureteacher-musician.TheexperimentalbaseoftheresearchisrepresentedbytheHighschoolofartsofKFUinKazan.Inthemodernrealityinthemostdevelopedcountriesoftheworldasameansofguaranteeingthesuccessfulsocio-economicprogress,proclaimedtheprincipleofcontinuityintraining.Theessenceofcontinuouseducationandtraining,waysandconditionsofitsdevelopmenthavebeensubstantiatedintheworksofscholarssuchasСorreaDaveR.,ElliottW.,HartungH.,KiddD.,RobinsY.,RuhadzeN.,StiemerlingP.,etc.Analysisoftheessentialcontentsofthecharacteristicsoftheconceptoflife-longeducationwasmadebytheSovietscientistShchedrovitskyP..Amongthekeyproblemsofthegivenscientificdirectionwereallocatedtotheproblemsofpersonalitydevelopment.Scientistnoted,theterms«education»and«life-long»shouldberecognizednotidenticaltoeachother.Itmeansthattheimplementationofadministrativemeasures,theorganizationofaunifiedsystemofcontinuouseducation,representingthearticulationofalllinks:
preschoolinstitutions,schools,highereducationinstitutionsandthesystemofpostgraduateeducationwillnotprovideasolutionoftheessentialtasksofthegivenscientificproblem.
ThecoreofcontinuouseducationinthecontextofmodernprogressivetrendsShchedrovitskyallocatesthefreedevelopmentofthepersonality,whichrequirestheeliminationofanyrestrictionsforlifelonglearning:
age,organizational,social.Shchedrovitskyhighlightsthemainindicatorsofsuccessfulorganizationofcontinuoustrainingasallowingeveryone«ontheindividualproblemareasandfields,necessaryforthedevelopmentofitsinitiativesandtheformationofhisindependentjudgment»(Schedrovitskiy,1993).Thus,initiativeandindependentjudgmentstraineescanbetakenasindicatorsofefficiencyoforganizationofcontinuousaestheticeducationofthewholesystemofcontinuouseducation,oranindividualmember.Atthesametime,theauthorsofthestudyfoundedthatforthesuccessfulimplementationofthepacerequirementsarefulfilled,preventstheinsufficientdevelopmentoftheoreticalandmethodologicalfoundationsforimplementationinpracticeoftheeducationalprocess,personorientedapproachtodetectingthecorrelationinthemainfocusonself-developmentandself-actualizationofpersonality»(Valeeva,2013).
Moderntrendsinthedevelopmentofscientificthoughtinthefieldofeducationcanbecharacterizedbytheincreasedinterestinthepersonal-orientedteachingconcepts.Theoreticalandmethodologicalfoundationsofpersonal-orientedapproachinRussiadevelopedbysuchscientistsasAlekseevN.,BalashovM.,BondarevsrayaE.,GusinskyE.,KulnevichS.,LukyanovaM.,SerikovV.,StepanovE.,TurchaninovI.,YakimanskayaI.,etc.Theessenceofthisapproachisintheabilityofprovidingtheidentityoftherighttofreeself-development,notlimitedbyideologicalorotherprinciples.Personal-orientedapproacharguesideasofrespectforthechild'spersonality,individualizationofeducation,therelationsofpartnershipandcooperation,dialogue.Thesystemofeducation,basedonthisapproach,doesnotaimpersonalityformationwithdesiredpropertiesintheformofknowledgeandskills,buttocreateconditionsforfullrealizationoftheinternalforcesofindividualdevelopmentareseenasavalueinitself.Personal-orientededucationisaimedatactivationofpersonalfeatures,thesubjectiveexperience;usessubject-subjectdialogiclearning.Stillintroductionofpersonal-orientedapproachinmusicpedagogywasnotimplemented.
Asanexampleofimplementationofpersonal-orientedapproachineducationalprocessofhighermusicalpedagogicaleducationintheHigherschoolofarts,Kazan(Volga)FederalUniversity(KFU)wasdevelopedandintroducedexperimentallytestedaninnovativeeducationalcourse«Theartofwordinmusic»(authorisKarkinaS.).ThecontentofthiscourseistointegratethewordsandmusicthroughoutthehistoryofthedevelopmentofmusicalartfromtheAncientworldtothepresentday,aswellasmodernresearchinthisfield.Leverageintegrationwordsandmusicasameansofpersonal-orientedaestheticeducationreceivedjustificationinstudiesofthetwentiethcenturyinthefieldofmusicologyandGeneralmusical-aestheticeducation.TheimportanceofliteraryandpoeticwordsfortheperceptionofmusicemphasizedtheoutstandingscientistinthefieldofmusicalandaestheticeducationKabalevskyD..Awarenessofmusicasanimportantandvaluablepartofhumanlifeismostlycontributestothediscoveryanddevelopmentofitsdeepinternaltieswithotherarts,amongwhich,inhisopinion,cinemaandliteraturesharethefirstplace,withtheclosestrelationswiththephenomenaofreality.KabalevskyD.singledouttheroleofwordsinmusicasanimportantmeansofmusicalandaestheticeducation,whichhelpssignificantlyeasiertodetectconnectionofmusicwithspecificphenomenareallife,andtorealizetheimportanceofmusicasaestheticvalue.ThemusichasrepeatedlybeenputversesofRussianpoetsofLermontovM.(«Clouds»DargomyzhskyA.,CuiZ.,PetrovA.,Rimsky-KorsakovN.,RubinsteinA.,andothers),TolstoyA.(«Don'tbelieveme,friend»composersRakhmaninovS.,Rimsky-KorsakovN.,TchaikovskyP.).FrequencyofreferencestotheworksofRussiancomposersofapoet,oneshouldhighlightthepoetryofPushkinA..Thetextofthepoem«Arion»waswrittenmusiccomposerssuchasBalakirevM.,BorodinA.,GlinkaM.,DargomyzhskyA.,ProkofievS.,RachmaninovS.,Rimsky-KorsakovN.,SviridovG.,TchaikovskyP..Notlesspopularinthechamber-vocalgenrewasthepoem«OnthehillsofGeorgia»,whichfoundamusicalembodimentintheworkofGabicvadzeR.,ZherbinM.,KorepanovA.,PetrovA.,TaktakishviliO.,HotinovV.,YudakovS.andother.Studyofmusicthroughtheprismofintegrationwithliterary-poeticwordrepresentsthebroadestfieldofimplementationofcreativeimaginationofthecomposer,thelistener,thecriticism.AttheHigherschoolofartsfuturemusicians-teachershavetheopportunitythestudytheaspectsofintegrationofwordsandinpractice,thestudyofsuchsubjectsas«T
