教学反思:
在完成《新目标英语》八年级下册第四单元的教学中,我是以新
程理念为依据进行教学设计和课堂活动的。
本节课的教学活动层层递进,并贴近生活,具有可实践性。
作为这节课的教学反思,我想谈谈自己在教学过程中比较满意的地方,以及自己的教学不足。
首先,本人以学生的发展为本。
新课程的价值取向是以人的能力和个性发展为核心。
在本教学设计中本人先精心准备贴近实际生活的任务活动,深入简出,让学生根据生动活泼的图片进行会话,学生很快就可以在真实的语境中熟练运用现在进行时。
在教学过程中本人坚持以学生的需要为出发点,坚持让学生学会用语言做事,在用中学,在学中用,学有所得,学有所用。
其次,本人注重小组合作。
例如,在练习Howlongdoesittake?
这二个句型时,我让学生先在小组内讨论,练习,两个人明确分工,做动作,有问,有答,他们精彩的表演反馈出他们合作的成功与喜悦。
小组学习的目的是在有限的时间内,让每一个学生都主动参与学习,让学生在自主学习中得到发展树立信心,养成良好的习惯形成有效的学习策略。
我认为,小组学习最大的优点在于,培养了学生们的合作精神,使他们学会了与他人合作,具备了合作完成问题的能力。
最后,我来谈谈本节课的不足之处。
虽然本人设计了多个任务让学生来运用所学的句型,学生也能熟练掌握,但缺乏设置大情景和没有主线,导致环节与环节之间过渡得很生硬。
学生在讲解知识点时,我应当让他们用一些英语课堂常用语言来组织讲解,这一点是我平时忽略了对学生这方面的渗透。
二、所采用的任务,对授课班而言,相对简单,挑战性不够,使得学生的参与有广度但没深度。
三、应加强学生的对话强度,鼓励不开口说英语的学生开口。
有些学生对自己不自信,是因为曾经在对话的过程中,出现失误却被我一些有意无意的言语刺伤,所以今后当学生出现错误的时候我应微笑着让他坐下,然后再纠正错误。
有些同学的对话可能会脱离现实生活,但只要开口说英语就要鼓励。
这一点我一定要切记!
四、在教学过程中应以学生为主体。
整个课堂是学生在开口说而不应该是老师在干巴巴的讲授。
此外,我认为我对课堂的调控能力还有待提高。
在今后的教学工作中,我还要继续和同行们探讨如何提高课堂效率的有效方法。

教学反思:
在本堂课的教学活动中,指令明确充分,活动组织有效有序,练习面广,能够以学生为主体,把时间还给学生,培养了学生的团队合作意识。
在进行“groupwork”“pairwork”活动时分工明确并考虑到学生思维活动的层次,逐步进行课堂教学活动,而且都能有效地展开且收到较好效果,着实体现了“以学生为主体”。
并且在互动的过程中能够师生互动、生生互动。
师生密切联系、相互配合、相互影响。
我感觉自己应该注意以下几个方面:
幻灯片与幻灯片之间的衔接不够紧密,学生感到太突然,一时反应不过来要做什么;上课时要多用些激励性的语言;做听力时要留有足够的时间让学生去模仿录音;多研究教材,多研究学生,这样才能把课上好,让学生学到更多。
