Thehydraulictransmissiontechnologyisbornafter18thcenturynamelyobtainstheswiftandviolentdevelopment.Today,thehydraulictransmissionequipmentobtainsthewidespreadapplicationinallthevarioustradesandoccupations,manifestsespeciallyonthemodernizedlarge-scaleproductionlinefully.ThehorsesteelhotrollingHsectionproductionline,hydraulicfluidtankvolume54kL,oilmotor38,eachkindofspecificationhydrauliccylinderreaches717,onlythehydraulicpressurepipelinelongreachesmorethan20,000rice.

Thehydraulictransmissiontechnologyhasitsincomparablemerit,thisisitcantheswiftandviolentdevelopmentmainreason,atthesametime,thehydraulictransmissionequipmentalsohasitsfrailoneside,anti-pollutionabilityislowistheprominentweakness.Accordingtothepertinentdatarecord,thehydraulicpressurebreakdownhas70%~80%iscausesbythefatliquorpollution.Mustguaranteehydraulicsystemnormal,reliablemovement,musthavetomaintainthesystemclean.

2systemspollutionharmandreason

Afterthepollutantmixesinthesystemtobeabletoacceleratethehydraulicpressurecomponentsattrition,grindsdamages,theburnevendestroysorcausesthevalvemovementtomalfunctionortocausethenoise.Thepollutantcanstopupthehydraulicpressurepartthethrottleorthethrottleslit,thechangehydraulicsystemoperatingperformance,causesthemovementtobeoutofbalanceevencompletelymalfunctions,hasthemisoperationtocreatetheaccident.Thedustpelletcanacceleratethesealdamageinthehydrauliccylinder,thecylindertubeinternalsurfacepullinginjury,causestodivulgeincreases,thethrustforceinsufficiencyorthemovementareunstable,crawling,thespeeddrops,hastheunusualsoundandthevibration.Alsopossiblycausesthemeshtostopup,thehydraulicpumpblotsthedifficulty,theoildischargeisimpededbuthasthecavitation,thevibrationandthenoise,stopsupseriouslywhencanoversizedbutpenetratebecauseoftheresistancethemesh,losescompletelyfiltersthefunction,createsthehydraulicsystemtheviciouscircle.

Thesystempollutionreasonareverymany,producesthemechanismfromthepollutiontolook,dividesinto2kinds:

（1）manufactures,intheinstallationprocessambush'sinsystempollutant.

3.1hydraulicpressurecomponentsprocessingcontaminationcontrol

6）hascleanedthecomponentswhichbutdoesnotassembletemporarilytobesupposedtoputinthepicklingoiltopreserve,themoistareaandtheseasonneedtopayattentionespeciallyguardsagainstrust.

3.3hydraulicpressureassembliescontaminationcontrol

1）thehydraulicpressureassemblyshoulduse"doestheassembly"thelaw,afternamelycleancomponents,inordertodoesnotcausethecleaningliquidtokeepthecomponentssurfacebuttoaffecttheassemblyquality,shouldagaincarryontheassemblyafterthecomponentsskindrying.

3）assembleswhendoesnotpermitthebeltglove,doesnotpermitwiththetextilefiberfabrictocleanthefittingsurface,preventsinthetextilefiberclassinternalorgansinvasionvalve.

4）hasassembledwhentemporarilythehydraulicpressurepart,themoduledonotcarryontheassembly,shouldstopuptheirsalloilsmouthwiththeplasticplug.

3.4hydraulicpressuretransportationcontaminationcontrol

Thehydraulicpressurepart,inthemoduletransportation,shouldpayattentiondustproof,rainproof,isspeciallytheseatransportationhydraulicpressurecertainlymustusetherainproofpaperortheplasticpackingpapertothelong-distancetransporthitsthepacking,putsintherightamountdryingagent,doesnotpermittherainwater,theseawatercontacthydraulicpressure.Beforeafterthepackingandopensabox,shouldcarefullyinspectalloilsmouthwhetherusestheplugtostopup,tostopupthejail,toreceivesthemildpollutiontheoilmouthpromptlytotaketheremedialtreatment,topollutestheserioushydraulicpressuretohavetodecompose,thecleanoncemore.

3.5hydraulicsystemsgeneralequipmentdepartmentcontaminationcontrol
