Atpresent,themaincontrolwayinautomationfieldarerelaycontrol,microcomputercontrolandPLCcontrol.Comparedwiththerelaycontrolsystemandthemicrocomputercontrolsystem,thePLCcontrolsystemhasaseriesofadvantages,suchaslittleworkloadofdesigning,installing,wiringanddebugging,shortcycleofdevelopmentofworkingenvironmentandconvenientmaintenance.Meanwhile,therelaycontrolsystemhasalreadybeenfewusedonthemachinecontrolsystemisinferiorinabilityofanti-interference,highinrequirementofworkingenvironmentandlongindesignanddevelopingcycleofthecontrolsystem.Soitsapplicationhasbeingondefiningtrendintheautomationcontrolfieldbyyear.
Theelectricalcontrolsystemofz-3040Radialarmdrillhasmanydefectssuchascomplexcircuit,highfailurerate,largemaintenanceworkload,poorreliabilityandflexibility.Thispaperintroducesthez-3040RadialarmdrillrelaycontactanalogcontrolsystemreformationwithPLCtoguaranteetherapidity,accuracyandrationalityofelectriccontrolsystem.Itsatisfiedrealproductiondemandandenhancetheeconomicbenefit.
Theoriginalwasintroducedinitialcontrollerofprogrammabledistinguishingfeatureandperformance.Analysesonz-3040’sRadialarmdrilltechniquepropertyandtheworkcycledistancetravelledbyastreamofwaterbase,expoundedtheinitialcontrollerofapplicationES’ssetprogrammablecarryingonthetechnologicaltransformationsystemdesigntosuch,andfinishcomeoutthecontrolproceduretrapeziumpicture.
WhatisaPLCcontrolsystem?
Sincethe1960stheUnitedStatestolaunchprogrammablelogiccontroller(ProgrammableLogicController,PLC)toreplaceconventionalcontroldevicessincetherelay,PLChasbeenrapiddevelopmentinvariouspartsoftheworldhavebeenwidelyused.Atthesametime,PLC'sfunctionalsoimproved.Withcomputertechnology,signalprocessingtechnology,controltechnologynetworktechnologydevelopmentanduserdemandforcontinuousimprovement,PLCindealingwiththevolumeswitchonthebasisoftheincreaseintheamountofanalogprocessingandmotioncontrolfunctions.Today,thePLCisnolongerconfinedtothelogiccontrol,motioncontrol,processcontrolandotherfieldhasalsoplayedaveryimportantrole.
Discretecontrolofthesystemasthepreferredproduct,PLCinthetwentiethcenturytothe1990sand1980s,haveachievedrapiddevelopmentintheworldofPLCtomaintainanannualgrowthrateof20%to30%.WiththefactoryautomationandcontinuousimprovementinthePLCandmarketbaseexpansioninrecentyearsinthePLCindustryslowdowninthegrowthrateofdevelopedcountries.However,ChinaandotherdevelopingcountriesinthePLC'sgrowingveryrapidly.Comprehensiveinformation,in2004globalsalesofthePLCforabout10,000,000,000U.S.dollars,inthefieldofautomationplaysaveryimportantposition.

GeneralPLCcanbeusedinspecialequipmentthatitisanembeddedcontroller,butingeneraltherelativePLCandembeddedcontrollertohavehigherreliabilityandbetterstability.Practicalworkencounteredanumberofusersoftheoriginaluseofembeddedcontrollersarenowbeingusedorcustom-GeneralPLCtoreplacetheembeddedcontrollerPLC.
