Introduction
Aimtomeetourclient’srequirement,wedevelopnewproduct,namedembeddedserialboard(embeddedflyboardandembeddedstandardboard).
Theboardcouldruntotallywithoutcomputer.Itiswithsmallvolumeandverylight,easytocarry,alsowithgoodperformanceandstability,highefficiency,highflyspeed;easytooperate;especiallygoodtousewithlargetypeofmarkingonfly.
Totallytouchscreenoperation,supportvariabletext,couldadjustparameters,markonfly(withrangefindingfunction),easytosendfilefromPCtoembeddeddevicethroughUSBcable,netcableandSDcard,andtheboardcouldn’tdrawpicture,aboutdetails,pleasecheckthehandbook.

Thisitemindicatesthatobjectswithselectedpen’snumberwillbemarked.InLmcMark,considerpenasasetofmarkingparameters.
Speed:
Thecurrentmarkingspeed

InCO2mode.Thisitemindicatesthepowerpercentageofthecurrentmarkingparameter,and100%referstothebiggestpowerofthelaserequipment.InYAGmode,thisitemindicatesthecurrentoftheQ-switch.
Frequency:
thelasermachine’sfrequencyinthemarkingparameter
QpulseWidth:
thehigh-level’stimeoftheQpulseifthelaserequipmentisQ-switch
YAGlasermachine
StartTC:
Whenthescanheadhastoexecuteamarkcommand,thescannermirrorsfirsthavetobeaccelerateduptothedefinedmarkingspeed.Inthebeginningofthemovement,thelaserfocusmovesveryslowlywhichmayresulttoburn-ineffectatthestartpoint.Toavoidthis,weinsertadelay(StartTC)atthebeginningofeachmarkcommand.Whenthelasereventuallyturnson,themirrorshavealreadyreachedacertainvelocity.However,ifthisvalue
istoolarge,thefirstpartofthevectorwillbecutoff.Alsonegativevalueissupported.
LaserOffTC:
Thedelaytimeofthelasershuttingdownaftermarkingfinished.Proper
timecanwipeofftheburn-ineffectattheend.Thisvaluecannotbenegative.
EndTC:
TheEndTCparameterisusedtocontrolhowlongthesoftwarewillwaitattheendofaseriesofvectors.Thewaitisrequiredbecausethesoftwareisalways"ahead"ofthehardwareandmustwaitforthehardwaretocatchup.Thisdelayappliestotheendofallvectorsinwhichthelaseristobeturnedoffafterexecution.
PolygonTC:
ThePolygonTCparameterisusedtocontrolhowlongthesoftwarewillwaitatvectorconnectionpoints.Thewaitisrequiredduetothelagtimebetweenthesoftware/DACpositionandtheactualhardware/mirrorposition.Thistimerappliestoallvectorswhoseendpointisalsothestartpointofthenextvector(polygonconnectionpoints).Inotherwords,thistimerappliestoendofallvectorsinaseriesofconnectedvectors,exceptforthelastone(theendoflastoneiscontrolledbythe
EndTCparameter:
ThethreeconnectedpointsinasquareortheintermediateconnectionpointsinapolylinecircleareexamplesofpointsthePolygonTCparametercaneffect.ThestartingpointofthesquareiscontrolledbyStartTCparameter.ThelastcornerofthesquareiscontrolledwiththeEndTCtimer.

areconvenienttoorienttheworkspace.Thisfunctionisavailableinthoselasermachineswhichhaveguidelight.

Mark:
