thecompany’saddressname,address,postcode,telephonenumber,telexnumber,faxnumber,emailaddressetc,.Theprintedletterheadisusuallycentered.(HereI’dliketoremindyouthattheaddressintheletterheadistheaddressofthesendernottherecipient.)
2)Thedate
A.Thedateshouldbeplacedtwolinesbelowtheletterhead.forthefull-blockedstyle,youputitontheleft.Fortheblockedorsemi-blockedyouputitontheright.
B.Thedateshouldbetypedinfullandnotabbreviated:
September,notSept.October,notOct.
C.Donotgivethedatesallinfiguresfortheymanycauseconfusion.forthedate,use1,2,3,
D.Herearetherecommendedforms.sticktooneformonceyouhavechosenit.ThereisnocommabetweenthemonthandtheyearinBritishEnglish.

Ifyouknowtheappropritedepartmentalhead,you’dbetteraddressthelettertohimorher,byhisofficaltitlenotbyhisorhername.
Whentherecipientholdsaspecialtitle,suchasdoctor,Professor,addresshim/herbythistitle.

Thesubjectheadingisoftenplacedonelinebelowthesalutation.Thisisusedtocallreader’sattentiontothetopicoftheletter,thereforeitisagoodideatounderlineitormakeitinboldfaceletters.
6)Thebodyoftheletter.
1.可用单数第1人称,复数第一人称,被动语态。
2.仔细草拟信件
若回信:

首次回信:

第一人称复数,被动态写的信件,签名应是公司。
如果签名人不能代表公司,只是被授权。
