二、内容摘要
近年来,随着中国的改革的深入和对外开放的不断扩大,特别是中国加入WTO后,跨国公司对中国大规模、系统化的投资迅速展开.美国跨国公司的企业文化在中国存在显著的差异和冲突。
而这文化差异对美国跨国公司在华的正常经营构成了严重的阻碍,甚至已威胁到在华公司的生存。
同时,有越来越多的中国企业跨出国门进行跨国经营,在这个过程中,也必然会碰到企业文化冲突的问题。
现实中,美国跨国公司的企业文化在中国存在多个层面的冲突,本文抓住企业文化的冲突这一主线,,通过运用企业文化理论和国家文化理论,对此企业文化冲突进行理论剖析.

Abstract:
Inrecentyears,withthedeepeningofChina'sreformandopening-upcontinuestoexpand,particularlyafterChina'senteringintoWTO,theinvestmentofmultinationalcorporationsinChinaaredevelopingrapidlyandsystematically.ThemultinationalcorporateculturehascollidesandconflictswithChineseculture.ThisculturaldifferencetotheU.S.multinationalinChina'snormalbusinessconstitutesisaseriousobstacle,andevenhavethreatenedtothesurvivalofacompanyinChina.Atthesametime,moreandmoreChineseenterprisesgoabroad.Theircorporateculturewillinevitablyencountertheissueofcultureconflict.Inreality,theU.S.multinationalcorporatecultureinChinameetwitharemultiplelevelsofconflicts.Thisthesisseizesthecultureofconflictasthemainline.Basedonthetheoryofcorporatecultureandournationaltheory,analysistheconflictsofcorporatecultureconflict

0.Introduction
WithWTOaccessionandtradebetweenthefrequenttransactions,exchangesbetweencountrieshavebecomemorefrequent.Thereisnodoubtthatfrequentexchangesbetweencountries,thenfromthisopportunitytheenterpriseswillnotmiss.Exchangebetweenenterprises,sotheinter-enterpriseculturehasthuscreated.
Intoday'ssociety,theUnitedStatesisthelargestinvestorinChinesemarket,theprospectsforbroad,sothatAmericanbusinessmenputtheirsightsontheChinesemarket.however,therearedifferencecountrieshavedifferencecultural,sothatinter-enterprisecultureisdifferent.FromthispaperU.S.companiesinvestinginChinatoanalyzetheculturaldifferencesandseizethisviewtoautopsy.
1.Corporateculture
1.1Themeaningofcorporationculture
Broadlyspeaking,cultureisthesumofthehistoricalpracticeofhumansocietyintheprocessofcreationofmaterialwealthandspiritualwealth,;Anarrowsense,cultureistheideologyofthecommunityaswellasthecorrespondingorganizationandsystem.Thecorporatecultureisthewillofallmembersoftheenterprise,characteristics,habits,andscientificandculturallevelfactorssuchasresultoftheinteraction.Ithasdifferentwithcultureandeducation,scientificresearch,militaryandotherorganizations.
Corporatecultureattachedtoenterprisesandenterpriseswiththeproduction,withthedieanddiebusiness.Evenwithoutconclusionormakeexternalmanifestationofcorporateculturestillexist.
TherearealotofdifferencesbetweenInherentnatureofthecontentofcorporatecultureandexternalmanifestations.First,theexternalmanifestationsusuallypresentsawordorwords,nottheintrinsicnatureofthecontentsofall;second,theactualexistenceofcorporateculturedrossiscertainlynotappearintheexternalmanifestations;third,theexternalmanifestationsareusuallymorestable,doesnotfrequentlychange,theessenceofcorporateculturechangesovertimebecauseofvariousfactors,butattimeschanging.
Theenterprisecultureisenterprise'ssoul.Itistheinexhaustiblepowertopromotetheenterprisedevelopment.Itiscontainingtheverycontent,itscoreisenterprise'sspiritandthevalues.Herevaluesarenotmakeageneralreferenceinthebusinessmanagementeachculturalphenomenon,butisintheenterpriseorenterprise'sstaffsinisengagedinthevalueideawhichinthecommodityproductionandthemanagementhas.
Theenterprisecultureisonebythecorelevel,theintermediatelevelandtheperipheralconstitutionmulti-levelecosystem,maydivideintotheidealevel,thesystemlevel,thebehaviorlevel,themateriallevelapproximatelyaccordingtothecontent,enterprisecultureeachstratificationplaneistheharmoniousunification,seepsmutually.Accordingtoenterpriseculture'ssystemstructurecharacteristic,BaiMingduconsultedhasgivenenterprisecultureconstructionHOME(History-Oneness-Membership-Exchange)themodel.
1.2thecorporationculturetheory
Intheearly80s,theeducatedresearchinstituteofHarvardUniversityProfessorpeacefulRenseDilleandMcCartyConsultantfirmConsultantAllanKennedyaccumulatedtherichmaterialinthelong-termbusinessmanagementresearch.In6month's,theyconcentratedto80enterpriseshavecarriedontheexhaustiveinvestigation,haswritten"theenterpriseculture--Enterprisesurvivalcustomandetiquette"abook.ThisbookpublishedafterJuly,1981,becamethemostbest-sellingmanagementsciencework.Latterisevaluatedinthe1980soneofmostinfluential10managementsciencemonographs,becomeselaboratesenterprisecultureworkclassics.Itusestherichillustrationtopointout:
Outstandingandthesuccessfulenterprisehasthepowerfulenterpriseculture,namelyobservestogetherforallstaff,butoftenisestablishedbyusagenaturallybutnon-writtenbehaviorstandards;Andhasusesfortopropagandize,tostrengthenthesevalueideavariouslytheceremonyandthecustom..Ispreciselytheenterpriseculture--Thisnon-technical,thenon-economy'sfactor,causedinthepolicy-makingproduction,enterprise'shumanaffairstoappointanddismiss,slightlytostaffs'behaviormanner,attirehobby,habitsandcustoms.Intwootherconditionsbotharealmostthesameintheenterprise,asaresultofitsculture'sstrongandtheweak,theconsequencewhichproducestotheenterprisedevelopmentcompletelyisdifferent.
1.3Theruleofcorporationculturedevelopment
Thesociologists,"TradeunionReadingextensively"magazinesubeditorMr.believedthattheplannedeconomy,thefreeeconomyandhavetheplancommodityeconomy,displaystheenterpriseculturephenomenonisdifferent.
Looksoverhumansocietyeconomicdevelopmentpattern,hebelievedthatmainlydisplaysinthefollowingseveralkindofpatterns:
Theplannedeconomy,themarketeconomyandhavetheplanmarketeconomy.Therefore,theenterprisecultureconstructionalsounavoidablyhasunderthiskindofeconomicsocietypatternoperatinglaw.Mayunderstandlikethisthatunderfreeeconomy'senterprisecultureistheestablishmentdevelopsinthepursuematerialwealthfoundation;Butinoftenhasconsciousnessleadershipmaterialdevelopmenttracetakepoliticsasundertheoutlineplannedeconomycondition'senterpriseculture;Buthastheplancommodityeconomy,namely,emphasizedmarketeconomy'sleadingrole,simultaneouslypaysgreatattentionthemacroeconomicregulationandcontroltotheeconomicdevelopmentpromoteraction,thereforehasundertheplancommodityeconomyconditionenterprisecultureisactuallytheestablishmentinthematerialdecisionconsciousnessfoundation,thepursuephysicalproductivitydevelopsfast,simultaneouslyalsostressedthattheovertopstructureineconomicbasis'spromoteractionsituation,receivesonekindofspecialenterpriseculturephenomenonwhichdevelopsfromtheovertopstructurethiskindofconsciousness'srestriction'ssituation.Hebelievedthattheenterprisecultureistheenterprisethisenterprisewhichunderthespecifichistoricalperspective,thespecifichumanitiesenvironment,inthesocialmorals,theculturalvalues,thesocialrelationsformsnaturallyandsummarizesoneculturalphenomenonwhichmanifestsinthesocialgroup,isnottheenterpriseletsthehumantooneinherentculturedevelopmentmodelwhichinthestartinitialperioddesigns,isalsobynomeanstheenterpriseonekindwhichmakeswiththemoneyinstillsintoforsocialgroup'soneculturalphenomenon.Theenterpriseculturestemsfromsomeenterprise,butitdisplaysinthesocialpublic,andwillbeaffectingsocialsomecommunity'sthoughtthatthelifeandthework.
