4）按值班驾驶员指示正确转换操舵仪的工作状态。

5）负责驾驶台内外的清洁工作。

6）根据船长或驾驶员指示及时收放引水员软梯、舷梯。

7）靠离泊位时，参加系解缆作业。

8）在水手长安排下，参加甲板部维修保养工作。

一级水手职责：

一级水手在水手长直接领导下，熟悉和执行公司的健康、安全和环保方针，履行值班职责或参加维修保养工作。

值班时听从值班驾驶员指挥。

1）熟悉并遵守值班制度和航行安全、技术操作、防火防爆方面的规章。

2）开航前，应做好试舵、检查航行灯和信号灯、备妥需要的号旗和号型等准备工作。

3）负责升降国旗、号旗、号型，开关各种号灯和照明灯。

4）航行中驾驶台值班时，按船长、值班驾驶员或引航员的口令正确操舵，当口令不一致时，应以船长的口令为准。

未在操舵并未被安排做其他工作时，必须认真了望。

5）按值班驾驶员指示正确转换操舵仪的工作状态。

6）负责驾驶台内外的清洁工作。

 7）根据船长或驾驶员指示及时收放引水员软梯、舷梯。

 8）靠离泊位时，不当值的一级水手参加系解缆作业。

 9）在靠泊期间，负责梯口值班时，履行《船舶保安计划》中的职责。

 10）不当值时，在水手长安排下，参加甲板部维修保养工作。

 11）在航行与系泊值班期间，按规定巡视检查船舶安全情况。

 12）按值班驾驶员的指示，接送引水员、代理及来船工作人员，并做好安全保障工作。

 13）有责任指导和帮助二级水手进行工作和提高技艺。

 14）完成水手长和值班驾驶员指派的其他工作。

 15）在应急情况下，履行应急程序所规定的职责。

二级水手：

二级水手在水手长直接领导下，熟悉和执行公司的健康、安全和环保方针，完成水手长指派的工作，值班时听从值班驾驶员指挥，工作中接受一级水手的指导。

1）熟悉并遵守值班制度和航行安全、技术操作、防火防爆方面的规章。

2）在水手长安排下，参加甲板部维修保养工作。

3）当驾驶台值班标准为“航行值班标准二”或“航行值班标准三”时，参加驾驶

台值班。

4）靠离泊位时，参加系解缆作业。

5）在货物操作时，根据大副、水手长安排，参加甲板值班。

6）协助收放引水员软梯、舷梯及安全网。

7）除进出港口和过运河外，经船长同意，在一级水手指导下学习操舵。

8）完成水手长和值班驾驶员指派的其他工作。

9）在应急情况下，履行应急程序所规定的职责。
