Laserprintercircuitboardmaintenancetips
Thecircuitdesignoflaserprinterisquiteperfect.Itadoptsmulti-levelprotectionmeasuresandsequentialswitchcircuit,andthefaultrateisverylow.Sowhentheprinterfailstoexcludeotherimproperoperationandmaterialisnotsuitablefortheproblem,donotrushtothedismantlingofprinter,firstturnoffthepowerswitch,suchasprintertemperaturedownafterareboot,toobservewhetherthefaultisclearedifthefaultphenomenonstilloverhaul.Becausemanyfaultsinlaserprintersarecausedbytemporaryerrors,thisisdonebyrestartingtheprinter'sself-testfunctiontorecoverthesequenceerrors.
Alsonotethatmanycomponentsofthelaserprinter,suchasthedrumassembly,thefixingassembly,andthepaperrubbingwheel,arepartoftheconsumerandneedtobereplacedregularly.
I.Generalmaintenanceprocedures
Themaintenanceoflaserprintercanbedividedintothreesteps:
inquiry,observationandtest.
(1)ask:
likethedoctortoseepatients,askedtousetheoperatoroftheprinter,theprintertopurchasetime,thesizeoftheworkload,printoftenusewhatkindofprintmediaetc..Makethebasicjudgmentandreasonableexplanationaccordingtotheinformationprovidedbytheoperator.Inthecourseofmaintenance,weshouldalsothinkofpossibleproblemsandtrytosolicittheopinionsofusersandcooperatewellwiththem.Because,tosomeextent,operatorsaremorefamiliarwithprinterusagethanmaintenancepersonnel.
(2)observation:
isakindofmethodiseasy,thefirstobservationoftheuseoftheenvironment,theprintingmediumprintermeetsthestandards,whennecessarytoopenthehoodtoobservenolooseparts,damage,pollutionisseriouscheckinsidethemachine.Allthepartsthatcanbeobservedareinspectedandtouchedbyhandtomakesurethepartsareloose,hightemperatureorscorched.Ifyouareprintingtheresultofproblems,throughtheobservationofprintingproofs,analysesthereason,andthenclosethecoverisswitchedon,thepanelobservedindicatorofthestate,seetheprintercanpassthetest,"ready"indicatorisnormal.Ifthepanel"wronglight"isbrightandflashing,orifthereisabadsmellcomingoutofthemachine,thepowershouldbeturnedoffimmediatelytopreventthefaultfromexpandingandcarryoutthenextcomprehensiveinspection.
(3)test:
measurewithinstrument.Accordingtothetechnicalindexesofdifferentmodels,theresistance,voltageandcurrentvalueofeachdetectionpointaremeasured,andthecauseofthefaultisjudged.Thestructureofthelaserprintercircuitisrelativelycomplex,mostlyadoptspulse,photoelectricity,timingcircuit,measurementisdifficult,butfromyearsofdealingwiththesituation,thelaserprintermaincontrolcircuitfaultoccursrarely,mostgeneralfaultlocationinthepowersupplycircuit,atemperaturecontrolelementandthephotoelectricsensorandmechanicaltransmissiondeviceetc..Maintenanceshouldbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththelocationofthefailureandtakecorrespondingmaintenancemethods.
Two,commonlyusedmaintenancemethods
Laserprintermaintenancemethodscangenerallybedividedintothefollowingfour,namelysegmentationmethod,panelmethod,shockmethod,alternativemethod.
(1)segmentationmethod:
wetalkedaboutinfrontofalaserprinterisasetoflaser,electronics,optics,mechanicalintegratedequipment,byanalyzingthefaultphenomenon,canadoptthe"segmentation"meansforfaultdiagnosisandmaintenance.Firstofall,theanalysisofthecauseofthecauseofthefailureisinwhichpart,ifitoccursintheopticalormechanicalpart,canexcludeotherparts,focusonthefailureoftheparts.Thisiswhatiscommonlyknownasthedivisionmethod.
(2)panelmethod:

IftheHP4VCprinterin"16TONERLOW(saidtonerwillrunout)",alsoshows"40ERROR(saidcomputerandprinterorcomputerdriven,thebaudrateofdifferentprinterinterfacecircuitboardproblem)",butdoesnotaffectthenormalworkoftheprinter.The"40ERROR"iscausedbythechainofthepreviouscode.Afterremovingthe"16TONERLOW"information,"40ERROR"disappearsatthesametime.Therefore,itisnecessarytocorrectlyunderstandthemeaningofpanelinformation.
(3)vibrationmethod:
whenmaintainingandcheckingthelaserprinter,themethodof"vibrationinspection"isveryeffective.Aprinterthatisespeciallyoldorhasbeenusedforalongtimewithoutparticularlyobviousfailures.Vibrationmethodcanbevaried,generallyispattedmachineorbeat,insulatedobjectlightdialcircuitelement,whentouchingapartwhenthefaultdisappears,candirectlyjudgewhetherthefaultishere.
Thelaserprinterisacombinationoftechnologies,itsworkingenvironmentisverybad,somepartsoftheworkingvoltageisveryhigh,somepartsaresusceptibletoagingandoxidation,resultingindamageorburned,internaldustmoreparticularlyprinters.Thesecancausetheprinter'ssoftfailure,partsofthepoorcontactcanalsocausegoodandbadwork,sothevibrationmethodinthemaintenanceprocesscanberegardedasasimpleandeasyway.
(4)thesubstitutionmethodistoreplaceacomponentintheprinterwithnewcomponentsorothersimilarcomponents.Sometimesintherepairprocess,thefailureofthecomponentsaredifficulttoaccuratelydeterminewhetherthedamage,havenospecialinstruments,atthistime,cananalyzethefaultroughlymayoccur,usingalternativecomponentsofthenewtemporaryreplacement.Forthereplacementoftheseparationelement,itissometimesimpossibletofindtheoriginaltypeofdevice,whichcanbereplacedbyacomponentofthesametype,butthemainparametersofthecomponentmustbeconsistent.Forexample,whenthecharacterofthemainmotororscanningmotorisdamaged,thefrequencyofthereplacementcrystalmustbeinlinewiththeoriginalstandard.Iftheelementprotectionpowersupplydamage,canalsotakesupplementstoreplacethemaindemolitionmethod,ifcannotfindavaristor,athermalswitch,canbetemporarilyremoved,orthemainwaytofoldup,soyoucanfindtheelementafterthechange.Buttherewillbecircuitprotectionfault,thismethodmustbeverycareful.
Three,severalmainpartsofthedetectionmethods
Beforeyouchecktheparts,describetheuseofthemeterfirst.Themultimeterisoneofthenecessarytoolsformaintenance.Ithastwokindsofdigitalandpointertype.Itisconvenientandintuitionistictousedigitalinmeasurement,sodigitalmultimeterisusedinmaintenance.Themainpurposeofthemultimeteristodeterminethelocationandcomponentsofthefaultbymeasuringthecurrent,voltage,andresistance(alsocalledthethreeelementsofmeasurement)ateachpointofthecircuit.
Herearesomecommonlyusedcomponentsoftheprintermeasurement.
(1)themeasurementofthermistor:
theresistanceofthermistorvarieswiththetemperature.Accordingtothischaracteristic,themultimeterresistanceprofile10Kselectormeasurement,twoendsarerespectivelyconnectedtothethermistorprobe,themultimetershowstheresistance,in300~500K.Whentheelectricironisclosetothethermistor(don'tleanontheresistor,soasnottoburnout),theresistancewillbecomesmallerasthetemperatureincreases.Thermalresistanceduetolaserprinterisnegativetemperaturecoefficient.Suchashand(ordigital)doesnotmove,orstartnumericalmeasurementsshowthattheresistanceissmall,hasbeendamaged.
(2)themeasurementofvaristors:
varistorsaregenerallyusedinparallelcircuits.Whenthevoltageatbothendsoftheresistorchangesrapidly,theresistanceshortcircuitfusesthecurrentfuseandplaysaprotectiverole.Varistorsareusedinlaserprintercircuitsforovervoltageprotectionandvoltageregulation.Whenmeasuringthemultimeter10Kfile,toprobeconnectedtotheresistormultimetershouldshowmarkedvaristoronresistance,ifbeyondthisgreatvalue,thevaristorhasbeendamaged.
(3)measurementofcapacitor:
capacitorisgenerallydividedintotwokindsofpolaritycapacitorandnon-polarcapacitor.Inthecircuit,themainfunctionsofisolatingandfiltering.
Whenmeasuringthemultimeter(+)probeconnectedtotheelectrolyticcapacitor(-),(-)probeconnectedto(+),justcontact,displayvaluesfromlargetosmall,thendisplayalargervalue,whichindicatesthattheelectrolyticcapacitorbasicallyisgood;ifonejustcontactnumericalverylargeorverysmall,andthereisnochange,thatthecapacitorhasbeendamaged.Thevalueisgreat,indicatingthattheinternalcircuitbreakeroftheelectrolyticcapacitorisverysmall,indicatingtheinternalshort-circuitoftheelectrolyticcapacitorandtheseriousleakageofelectricity.
Measuringcapacitanceofdifferentcapacity,multimetertobeplacedindifferentstalls,suchasmeasuring0.01~1uFcapacitance,withR*10KOmegafile,measuring1~100uFcapacitance,withR*1OmegaKfile,measuring100uFcapacitorwithR*100Omegafile.Particularattentionshouldbepaidtothecapacitordischarge(shortcircuit)whenmeasuringtheelectrolyticcapacitanceabove100uF,otherwi
