Initially,wesetoutstrategicandfinancialtargetsforthenextthreeyears,andnowwe'repleasedwithjusthowmanyofthoseobjectiveswe'vemet.

We'resigningoffthenextplanforgrowth.Peoplearesometimesconcernedthatplanningleadstorigidity,butwecertainlydon'tfindthatitstopsusfrombeingasflexibleasweneedtobe.Thankyou.
