Climateconditionscontrolemphasesofautomaticcontrolgreenhousesintroducedfromabroadaredifferentfromtheseinhomeandtheintroducingandproductioncostofthemissohigh,soitisdifficulttopopularizeandusecosmically.Atpresent,ingreenhousesdesignedandbuiltinhomeitself,thedegreeofenvironmentcontrolandmodernmanagementofmostofthemissolow,sotheycannotsatisfycrops'demandforhighproductionandplantingalltheyear;somecanonlycarryoutcontrolonpartialenvironmentfactorswithoutconsideringmutualaffectandcouplingofthemintheprocessofcontrol;somestillneedmanualcontrol;sothesefactorsgreatlyrestrictexertionofeconomicbenefitofgreenhouses.Changingtraditionalmodesofcontrol;practicingcomputermonitoringandestablishinggreenhouseautomaticmonitoringsystemaccordwiththesituationofChinahaveimportantmeaningforquickeningmoderndegreeofgreenhouseproductioninourcountryandincreasingbenefitofgreenhouses.
Basedonsummarizingformers'researches,thepaperanalyzesenvironmentalparameters,theintegrativecontrolpropertyofgreenhousesystemsandthecontrolprocesswhichisanonlinear,delayandcomplicatedsystem;Basedonanalyzingmodesof
currentgreenhousemonitoringsystemsandpropertiesofsingle-chipmicrocomputers,apracticalautomaticmonitoringsystemforgreenhouseenvironmentisdesignedwhichcanrealizethemonitoringofeveryparameteringreenhouseenvironmentbysyntheticallyusingsensortechnology,fuzzycontroltheory,communicationtechnologyandmicrocomputertechnology
Thesystemhardwareiscomposedoftwoparts:
alower-levelandahigher-levelcomputer.Thehigher-levelcomputerisaPCmicrocomputerwhichistheheadquarterofthesystemandfinishestheunifiedmanagementandcontrolofagreenhousebywayofCOMportRS-232connectingwiththelower-levelcomputer.Inmonitoringenvironment,thesystemcanfinishmonitoringforthisnonlinearanddelaysystemandrealizecrops'demandforgreenhouseenvironmentbyusingfuzzycontroltheoryandtechnology.Thecentralcomponentofthelower-levelcomputeris8098single-chipmicrocomputerofMCS-96series,whichisusedtocollect,retreatcontrolandcommunicatewiththehigher-levelcomputer.
Thesystemsoftwareconsistsoftwoparts.Thehigher-levelsoftwareisdevelopedbyVBandcomposedofsevenmodulesofsettingsystemparameters,demarcatingsensors,ascertainingfuzzycontroltable,connectingandmonitoringreal-timedata,recurringtohistorydataand
help,andeachmodulehascertainfunctionandeachotherisindependentfromothers.Thelower-levelsoftwareisdevelopedby8098assemblelanguageandcomposedofsixmodulesofamainprogram,asendingandinterruptingserviceprogram,areceivingandinterruptingserviceprogram,ascertainingasamplingcycle,connectingdataandpretreatingdata.Simulativeexperimentshowsthatthewholesystemisconvenienttooperate,highefficient,easytoexpand,hasbetteradaptabilityanduniversalpropertyandestablishescertainbaseforrealizingcontrolsystemdesignwithmanyfactorsingreenhouseenvironment.
