Pleasepayattentiontothestateddeadlines.Afterthedeadlineshavepassed,MAswon’tbeabletoenterorupdatedatainFORSanymore,andthesystemwillbeblocked.Inthiscase,ifMAwouldliketochangeorproceedwiththeFinalRegistrationprocessafterthedeadline,itisrequiredtocontactFITAoffice（Mr.JuanCarlosHolgado,FITAEventDirector:

jcholgado@archery.org）.

Finalentriesprocessedafterthedeadlinewillhaveapenaltyfeeof50USDperarchertobepaidtotheOCatthemomentofarrivingattheevent.

Finalregistrationthatdifferbymorethan4archersfromthepreliminaryregistrationorhavebeensubmittedafterthepreliminarydeadlinewillhaveapenaltyfeeof150USDtobepaidtotheOCatthemomentofarrivingattheevent.

Wealsoremindthatanyentrylaterthan3daysbeforetheteamcaptainsmeetingforaFITAWorldCuporWorldChampionshipswillberefusedifnopreliminaryentryand/orfinalentryweremadebefore.ThisdecisioncannotbeappealedbytheteamsandisfullyincompliancewiththecurrentFITArulesandarticle3.7.1.2.EntriesafterthedeadlinesaresubjecttopenaltiesasclearlywrittenintherulebookandtheinvitationdocumentsofWorldCupsandWorldChampionships.

AMemberAssociationthathasmadefinalentriesinFORSanddoesnotparticipatewillbeinvoicedforthenumberofentriesenteredinthesystem,unlesstheMAhasinformedFITAandtheOCinwritingatleastoneweekpriortotheeventthattheyareunabletoattend.

Asafinalnote,onlymemberAssociationsingoodstandingwillbeeligibletocompete.Thisalsomeansthatanypenaltyfeefor2009willhavetohavebeenpaidpriortoparticipation.
