PLC-basedcontrolofmulti-storeyparkingstudyanddesign
1、Overviewofparking
Theapplicationofparkingfacilitiesforover30yearshistoryoftheolder,betterJapan,SouthKorea,Taiwan,Germany,iswellknown,China'seconomyhasexperienced30yearsofrapidgrowth,thequalityofpubliclifeincreasingdemands,"CommunityMap"inthe"line"toanewlevel.Subsequenttransportsituationistense,JapanandCanada,whichincludesbothdynamicandstatic.Asthecityhigh-risebuildingsbuiltbythelevelofhousingreform,likeparkingshiftfromthree-dimensionalsurfaceparking,parkinginastatictrafficinthealreadyoccupiedanincreasinglyimportantposition.Undergroundparkinggarage,comparedwiththetraditional,inmanywaysisthefirstsectionshowsthesuperiorityoftheadvantagesofthepast,undergroundgaragevehicularaccessdueLeavegenerous,theaveragecarwouldoccupy40squaremetersofarea,Ifusingdouble-parkinggarage,thegroundcanincreasetheutilizationrateof80%-90%,iftheuseofmulti-floor(21floor)Three-dimensionalgarage,thenthelandareaof50squaremeterswillbeplacedonthe40vehiclesthatcantosavelandresourcesandreducethecostofcivilengineeringdevelopment.Forexample,theIndonesianEmbassyinBeijingdidnotbuildmulti-storeyparkingbeforetheplanecanonlyputfivecarsarenowbuiltthree-dimensionalliftingandafterclassgaragecanpark13cars,thebasicrequirementstomeettheEmbassy.Itisgenerallyconsideredgoodprospectsforparkingequipmentindustryandhasbeenhailedasthe21stcentury,oneofthemostpopularindustry.
2、Liftingandtransferringtheconceptgarage
Parkingequipmenthasprovidedatotalof9categories:
liftingandclass(PSH),simpleliftingclass(PJS),verticalliftingtype(PCS),theverticalcirculationcategory(PCX),flatmobileclass(PPY),tunnelreactorstackclass(PXD),multi-cycleclass(PDX),thelevelofcirculatingtype(PSX),vehiclelift(PQS),therearedozensofspecifications,canbeappliedtoadifferentspace,siteconditions,isahighsecurity,highreliability,highefficiencyofautomationequipment.Especiallyinthesetypesofliftingand9classes(PSH)parkingmostwidelyused.Usedtosettherisingandfallingorslidingvehicleaccesstovehicles,parkinggarageequipmentcategorycalledliftingandgarage.Liftingandtransferringgaragemodulardesign,eachunitcanbedesignedastwo,three,four,five,half-underground,andothermeans,thenumberofparkingspacesfromafewtohundreds.Astheliftingandtransferringthepatternclassesmoreparking,varyinsize,strongadaptabilitytothesite,therefore,useofsuchequipmentiscommonparkinggarage.Itsworkingprincipleis:
Eachcarparkingspacesarepresentedboard,settherequiredaccesstothevehiclebyvehicleplateupwardanddownward,slidingmovementtoreachthegroundfloor,thedriverenteredthegarage,accesstovehicles,completetheaccessprocess.Theupperorlowerparkingspacesneedtotraversethespacethroughthemiddlelayer,willcontainthevehicleplateupordowntogroundlevel,thepilotbeforeenteringthegarageoroutacarintothegarage.Figure1isliftingandparkingequipment,engineeringexampleclassdiagram.

3、threeliftingandtransferringparkingsystem
Liftingandtransferringparkinggarageisatypicalcross-disciplinaryintegrationofmechanicalandelectricalproducts,mechanicalassembly,electronics,informationtechnologyinone.Liftingandtransferringparkingmainlybythesteelparts,carpanelscontainingpart,thetransmissionsystem,controlsystem,securitysystem,fivecomponents,showninFigure2.Threemechanicalparkingequipmentisliftingandmachineryofatypeofparkingequipment,thistypeofgarageequipmentinthemiddleofeachlayer,thegroundflooraretoremainfreeparking,groundflooronlydoslidingmovementonthegroundwhiledoingTraversingthesecondfloordone-and-downmovement,thegroundlayeronlydoMovement.Run-time,groundfloordirectaccesstocars;onthefloorthesecondflooraccessvehicles,needtocorrespondthroughthegroundfloorcontainingthecarslidingtothespacestation,theliftreachedthegroundfloortoachieve;thegroundthreecaraccessisrequiredthesecondfloorbyfloor,thegroundfloorofloadingcorrespondingtothespacestationaftertraversingthesametime,liftreachesthegroundlayer.Themovementofgeneralprinciples:
downreset,translationisnotreset.Parkingparkingrequiredbytheuserspecificationanddesign,automaticandmanualoperationmodeoftwopoints,canbeswitchedonandoffduringnormaloperationinthegaragetouseautomatedmeans,inequipmentmaintenanceanddebuggingcanbeusedmanually.BothautomaticandmanuallycontrolledbyPLCprogrammablecontroller,sodevicescanguaranteethesafeoperationofanymanner.EquipmentThereareseveralsafetydevicestoensuresafetyofpeopleandvehicles,suchasanti-fallsafetydevices,limitandpreventexcessivevolumedevice,Automaticpower-offbrakingdevice,thewrongbreakphaseprotection.
3.1Themainframepart
Actualprojects:
BeijingIndonesiaEmbassyliftingandtransferringclassparking,equipmentoverallstructuresimple,generous,givepeoplelightweightsprightlyfeeling.MainsteelstructureusesHsteel,channelsteel,plateweldingmolding,useboltconnectedframeworkstruturestrengthandstiffness.Ordersteelpartappearancebeautifulandanticorrosion,antirustability,steelsomepaintingbeforeadoptedmechanicalderustingprocessingsoparkingequipmentoverallsurfaceprotectivelevelreachedhighergrade.Inaddition,thesecondsetofequipmentcanbeassembledandcombined,canbeinstalledtoensurereliablequality,favorabletransportandreducingon-siteinstallationtime.
3.2Carplatescontaining
Setcarplatesareusedtocarryinventoryofvehicles.Setcarplatesfromtheδ2.3mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingforming,aroundedgegirderδ4.5mmofgalvanizedsheetbendingforming.Edgebeamandsetvehicleswithnoplateboltconnection,setcarplatestoensurerigidityandstrength.Resistanceofloadingplatewithvehicleandstopper.
3.3DriveSystem
Parkingequipmentdrivesystemuseschainorropetractiondrivetransmission.Thecarparkingfacilitiescontainingtheupperplatebytheliftmotorgeardrivenbyachain-drivenroller,thenrollthroughtherope-drivenmovementsofloadingplate.Two-storyframestructurewithsliding,respectively,eachslidingframewithliftingandslidingthetwomotors,bothframebyslidingthetracktraversemotorcanalsobesetthroughtheliftingmotorvehiclestoreachtherisingandfallinggroundlevel,achievingaccesstocars.Thetransmissionmodecomparedwithothermethods,hasrunasmooth,safeandreliablemaintenanceandconvenient,whileitsenvironmentalperformanceisalsosuperiortotheotherdrive.Thelowerplatebyamotorvehiclecontainingreducertowalkthroughthechaindrivewheeldrivealongthetraversetrackmovement.Drivemotorassemblygearreducer,motorandbrakeasawhole,smallsize,lightweight,lownoise,usinglong-termgrease,stableandreliableperformance,longlife,long-termmaintenance-free,qualitysuperior.

3.4ControlSystem
Control,themaincontrolobjectisslidingdownasmallmotorandlargemotorvehiclestomakethemaccordingtotherequirementsofaccesstousebuttonoperation,toachievepowerbychangingthephasesequenceofloadingplatformtoachievetherightandleftorupanddown.Second,tocontrolvariousauxiliarydeviceswithinthegarage,suchas:
lightanditsvarioussecurityfacilities.Toensuretheboardcantraverseandsetcarsupordowntothespecifiedlocation,usingalimitswitchpositioning.Todeterminewhethertheboardofloadingvehicles,usingopticalswitches.Generalsmallgaragecanusebuttonoperationscanalsousetouchscreenoperation.Allinputandoutputswitchingcapacityofliftingandtransferringgaragecircuitissimple,lessdemandingontheenvironment,withitsanti-interferenceabilityofPLCandisolationtransformerscanmeettherequirements,itmaynolongerhaveanadditionalanti-interferencemeasuresinothersothattheexactgaragesystemcanorderlywork.
CorepartofthecontrolsystemPLCcontrol(PLC),hasstronganti-interference,strongstability,systemreliability,modularityandotherstructuralfeatures.Thecontrolsystemisthesetofmechanicalparkingcontrolsystemapplicableinthearea.Thecontrolsystemdetectsadevicewithhighsensitivityandaccuracyandreliabilityofworkandfeedbackinatimelymanner.
