无负压给水设备是利用市政管网的压力,供水设备在市政管网上直接吸水供给用户的供水机组;采取保护措施,确保管网并不产生负压,在保证市政管网供水不受影响的前提下,利用市政管网余压供水,节约供水设备的能耗。
无负压供水设备在现在的城市供水中应用越来越多,起到了很好的节约能源的效果。

1.罐式无负压给水设备

罐式无负压设备是普遍采用的供水设备,设备的供水原理如下:

无负压供水设备吸水量小于管网供水能力时,并不会造成管网压力的降低,但在用水高峰时段,水泵的吸水量大于管网供水量时,市政管网压力降低,造成稳流器内压力也相应的降低,当稳流器的压力降至低于大气压力时,稳流补偿器上部的负压防止器打开,水泵从稳流器内吸水,此时稳流器和大气连通,相当于一个小的盛水容器。
在此条件下,无负压供水设备并不能利用管网的供水压力,稳流器内的水被吸完后,机组将不得不减少供水量甚至停水,等管网压力增高后,设备才能利用管网余压正常供水。
由此可见,罐式无负压供水设备在使用时,要求市政管网在高峰用水时能满足罐式无负压设备供水量,使稳流器内压力高于大气压力,否则很可能要停水影响用户的正常用水。

箱式无负压供水设备是近几年才发展起来的一种无负压供水设备,它改进了罐式无负压供水设备在高峰用水时,调节能力不足,容易停水的缺点。
箱式无负压供水设备较之罐式无负压供水设备,主要是增加了水箱,在高峰用水时,由水箱供水。
箱式无负压给水设备增加了水箱,采用的水箱和外界隔绝,避免外面的污染物进入到水箱内。
选择合适大小的水箱,避免了水箱内的水停留时间过长;在控制系统中增加定时器,定时对水箱内的水进行循环使用,,解决水箱内循环问题,保证了水箱内水质新鲜。

箱式无负压给水设备分为两类,一种为市场上常见的箱式无负压设备。
在市政管网压力不足的时候,完全和市政管网断开,切换为由敞开式水箱来供水,这就成了市政管网压力高时为无负压状态供水,在市政管网压力低时为水箱加水泵供水模式。
这种在市政管网压力低时切断了市政管网的供水,用户的所有用水量都由水箱储水量来供水的箱式无负压给水设备本文中称为切换式箱式无负压给水设备。
切换式箱式无负压给水设备在市政管网压力低时无负压设备不能利用市政管网压力,用户端供水压力会明显降低,导致有些用户因压力不足,无法供水。

增压式箱式无负压给水设备水箱中水的压力是由水箱内设置的增压装置来增压供水,增压装置是一个泵阀组合体,要求增压装置的压力要和市政管网的压力相当,如果增压装置的压力比市政管网的压力高很多,会造成市政管网在供水能力的范围内供水能力降低,不能充分利用市政管网的压力、流量。
因市政管网压力会有所波动,所以增压装置的供水压力要能够根据市政管网的压力来调整。

3.箱式无负压给水设备的正确选用
