Childrenareinneedofadoptionbecausesomebirthparentsareunableorunavailabletoprovideadequatelyfortheneedsoftheirchild.Therearenumerousreasonsformakinganadoptionplan.Birthparentsmayfeeltheycannottakeontheresponsibilityofanunplannedchildbecausetheyaretooyoungorbecausetheyarefinanciallyoremotionallyunabletoprovidepropercare.Theydonotfeelreadyorabletobegoodparents.
