Abstract:
Thepresentpaperproposedonemanufactureceramicspartnewlaminationmethod,namelythelaserceramicsmeltcovers.Thismethodiscoverswiththelaserbeamtheceramicpowdermeltcausesittojoinintogether.Thisprocessincludingfivesteps:
Obtainsthematerialthickliquidtheinorganicbondandthesolventandtheceramicpowdermix;Willexpectspreadsinonthesubstrateblockwhichhasnotagglutinated;Driesandstrengthensthematerialthickliquidthinlayer;Ceramiclevelhasnotagglutinatedwhichwiththelaserscan;Thepartwhichfromhasmeltwhichcoversontheceramicworkpieceremovingthemelthasnotcovered.Theelectronictunnelmicroscopepicturehaddemonstratedtheneighboringtwoceramiclevelmeltcoversjointpart.Hasindicateditsbendingstrengththroughthreebendingstrengthstestsbetween3~12Mpa.Compareswithotherlaminationmethods,thismethodistheceramicbodywhichcoverswiththelaserdirectmelthasnotagglutinatedandobtainstheceramiclevelbutnottoneedtraditionalthecolumntoburntheprocess.Thismethodhastheverybigpotentialinthemanufactureprecisionceramicspartaspect.

1introduction
Alreadysomemanylaminationmanufacturemethodmadetheceramicpart,theirmajorityallwasjoinstheceramicpowderwiththepolymerbond.Becausetheceramicpartintensityisdecidedbythepolymerintensity,thereforeobtainsthroughthesemethodstheceramicpart,hasnotagglutinatedthebodyintensityusuallynottobeabletosatisfytheindustryusetherequest,butithasnotagglutinatedthebodythermalstabilityalsobecausethepolymerexistencetoberestricted.Therefore,hasnotagglutinatedthebodytohaveinthestoveaftertheintensityandthethermalstabilitywhichfollowingagglutinatesobtainsneeds.Inagglutinatesintheprocesstobeabletohavethecontraction,inmakesinthecomplexpartprocesstobeableinparticularinevitablytohavethedistortiondistortion.
Thepresentpaperproposedonemanufactureceramicspartnewlaminationmethod,namelythelaserceramicsmeltcovers(CLF).Thismethodiscausestheceramicpowdermeltthroughlaserprocessingtocoverandtounifyintogether.
2lasersceramicsmeltcoversprinciple
Ifshinesthelaserlightbeamalongastraightlineonthelooseceramicpowder,theceramicpowderwillmelt,butwillbeabletoformthestraightstriationwhichmanypelletsbutwillnotbeweexpected,thiskindofphenomenonwillbecalledthespheroidization.Accordingtotests,iftheceramicpowdermeltsonifthechemicalcompositionsamesolidledgerwall,meltingliquidcompletelymoistledgerwall.Firststatestheledgerwallorhasnotagglutinatedthebodytobeallowedthroughtodrythedryingagentthickliquidtoobtain,expectsthethickliquidisbytheceramicpowder,theinorganicbondandthesolventiscomposed.Whenthelaserlightbeamshineswhenhasnotagglutinatedonthebody,hasnotagglutinatedthebodysurfacetomeltandtheadherencyinhasnotagglutinatedunderthebodypart.Maycomposethethreedimensionalworkpiecethroughthismethodsystemthetwo-dimensionaljoiningpart.

6217816B1)chart1hasdemonstratedthismethodfivesteps.Preparestheevenmaterialthickliquid(step1).Thenthematerialthickliquidwhichwillpreparewiththemachinerymethodnearlystepprepareshasnotagglutinatedthebodythinlayer(step2).Asaresultofthebondagglutinationfunction,obtainedhasnotagglutinatedthebodythinlayertobeabletoobtainasfaraspossibleisdryandtheenhancement.(Step3).Throughthehighenergylightbeam,usesthelaserlightbeamasfaraspossibletheillumination,causesnottoagglutinatethebodythinlayertocoveralongthelightbeamilluminationwaymelt,causestheceramicmemberpartiallytounifyintogether(step4).Throughcontrolsthehighenergylightbeamtheway,maymaketheceramicpartthearbitraryshapetwo-dimensionaljoiningpart.Thesimilarmethodmayinontheceramiclevelwhichpreparespreparethesecondceramiclevelandwiththeceramiclevelwhichpreparesunifiedintogether.Afterduplicatesthiskindofprocesstobepossiblemanytimestomakethethreedimensionalceramicpartbyplace.Finally,removeshasnotagglutinatedonthebodynotbythehighenergylightbeamilluminationpart(step5).Mayfastproducetheceramicpartwiththismethod.
3experimentalresults
Thisprocesshastwospeciallyworthnotingsthecharacteristic.
First,thisprocessisamoistprocess,itiscontainsthepowderandtheliquidmaterialthickliquidtakestherawmaterial,thisifhismethodisnotsame,thealternativemeansarewiththesolid,thepowderandtheliquidtaketherawmaterial.Thesecondcharacteristicisdifferentwiththetraditionalmethodcoversthroughthedirectlaserceramicsmelttheceramicpowderunifiesintogether,thetraditionalmethodmajorityisusestheliquidtoagglutinateorthesolidagglutinates.Asaresultofthesecharacteristics,thelaserceramicsmeltcovershastheintrinsicmerit,simultaneouslyalsohasthequestionwhichmustsolve.
Thelaserceramicsmeltcoverstherawmaterialistheinorganicbond,thesolventandtheceramicpowdermixpreparationmaterialthickliquid.Becausemayobtainthethinnerevensuperfinematerialthickliquidthesolidparticle,thereforemayunderstandthemicroscopicceramiclevelthroughthismethodthickness.Embarksfromthisspot,theneededmaterialsthickliquidonpossiblymakesastherawmaterialagglutinates(SLS)comparedtothetraditionalchoicelaserorthreedimensionalspurtsanIndiamethodpreciserproduct.ThechoicelaseragglutinatesthreedimensionalwithspurtstheIndiamethodisdoesthepowdertotaketherawmaterial.Aftertheshophonestmaterialthickliquidthinlayer,mustdryobtainithasnotagglutinatedthethinbodylevel.Inthedryingprocess,thecapillaryvesseltractionwillcausetheceramicpowdertounifyinwillformtogethercompactlyhasnotagglutinatedthebodylevel,butcertainlywillnotneedtoperformtotheceramicpowdertovibratestrengthenstheceramicpowderlevel.
Moreover,thedryingprocessalsohassomeshortcomings:
Ifbecauseneedstodrytheprocessontheneedmorepreparationstime,simultaneously,hasnotagglutinatedthebodyalsotohavehasthecrackpossibility.Thereforeneedstooptimizedesignsonekindofdryingprocesstoreducethedryingtimeandtoavoidthecracktheproduction.Thepresentpaperhasthevitalroleregardingthistechnicalcommercialuse.
Thelaserceramicsmeltcoversusesthehighenergylightbeamtheceramicpowdertofusetogetherintogether.Thisprocessincludingthreemainoperationalparameters:
Laserenergydensity,laserscanningvelocityandscanningpitch.Underiscoversanexperimentaccordingtothelaserceramicsmeltwhichtheprincipledoes.Itsoperationalparameteris:
