Gearedpumpandmotorisfixedonchassis.Shaftlinebetweenmotorandgearedpumphasbeenadjusted.Gearedpumprotatessmoothly.
Duringoperation,keepaneyetosuctionheight.Ratedliftcanbeobtained.
Specifiedoiliniet/outletpipesshouldbechosen.Oilinletshouldbethrough.Beforestarting,checktoseewhetherfastenersarelooseandwhethergearedpumpmovesfreely.Idlerunningcan'
tlastmorethan1minute.Ifnooilissuckedin,checkgearedpump
forcorrectrotation(Runningindirectionshownbyarrow).Checktoseewhetheroil
suctionpipejointisloose,connectionsareleakyandoilgroovebottomisblocked
byoilsuctionpipeinsertedaswellasoilsuctionheightandoiloutletheightexceedstolerance.
Noabnormalnoiseandvibrationshouldoccurwhengearedpumpworks.
Safetyvalvewassetinspecifiedsafepressurescopeatfactory.Userscanregulateit.Butmaxregulationpuessurecan'
texceed40%.
5.OPERATION
5.1Beforeoperation,checktoseewhethergearedpumpmovesfreely(Turnbyhand).
5.2MakesurepowersupplyisOKandrotationdirectionofmotoriscorrect.
5.3Checktoseewhetheroilinlet/outletdiametermeetsrequirementsandliftiswithinspecifiedrange.
5.4Makesurethatallfastenersarefirm(Includingconnectorsofinlet/outletpipe)5.5Beforestarting,insertoilinletpipeintooilgrooveproperly.Oilpipecan'
