篇三:
普华永道人和事前线部门包括审计、税务和咨询后台部门则包括财务、后勤和人事等部门——按照不同客户群,审计有分为六个组:
这六个组分别为:
第一组:
消费与工业产品(偏重于实业)第二组:
技术、信息通讯与娱乐(主要是些IT客户,如联通、网通、九城等)第三组:
消费与工业产品(偏重于物流运输)第四组:
金融服务(如中行、交行、中国人寿、友邦保险、各种基金等都是第4组的客户)第五组:
能源与矿业(如中国石油)第六组:
系统及流程审计税务部门分为个人所得税与企业所得税咨询部门分组比较多,有尽职调查、合并收购、崩溃恢复、内控建设、财务咨询,人力资源管理咨询等——审计员——高级经理——董事
一、说一些普华永道的人和事——目录在普华永道混迹也有3年了,4个忙季、36张工资单和无数工作底稿眼见又是一年新人入公司的高潮,写一些关于普华的人和事算是给将入围城的新人一些启迪,希望能对大家有所裨益

二、说一些普华永道的人和事——
1、分组普华永道的审计部门全称是AssuraneandBusinessAdvisorServies简称Assurane或ABAS,Assurane译成中文应为“鉴证”,其涵盖的范围比审计略大些,因为审计部门有时候也提供一些审计以外的业务在中国大陆,按不同的客户群,Assurane分为6个组,通常大的offie如上海、北京、广州、深圳等会严格分组,其他如苏州、重庆、大连、天津等offie分组并不是十分严格,或者索性不分的也有这六个组分别为:
ConsumerandIndustrialProduts第二组:
Tehnolog,Info-CommsandEntertainment第三组:
ConsumerandIndustrialProduts第四组:
FinanialServie第五组:
EnergandMine第六组:
SstemsProessAssurane我们可以看到,第一组和第三组的名字是相同的,所以本质上两者的区别不大完全是因为工业企业的客户太多,才不得不做的拆分总体上,第一组偏重于实业而第三组偏重于物流运输如东航和华联超市但也不能一概而论,所以说,被分配到这两组的命运是很相似的第二组主要是些IT客户,如联通、网通、九城等因为客户素质较高,所以听说不是太辛苦(就总体而言,不排除特例)第四组是金融服务组,如中行、交行、中国人寿、友邦保险、各种基金等都是第4组的客户相对来说,因为项目比较大,新员工在其中混日子是最理想的坏处是因为客户较大,给的钱就相对较少,预算控制较紧,不怎么能报加班费了另外,由于金融会计相对简单,新员工成长较慢当然,如果你去了一些规模较小的外资金融机构项目,因为工作量较大,新员工的成长也不会太慢第五组以前主要服务于石油煤矿等能源类客户,如中国石油等但是由于去年接受了来自第四组的非金融企业客户,其客户的分布日益多元化达能旗下的娃哈哈、乐百氏现在都是第五组的客户第五组因为走南闯北,所以十分辛苦,但凡事都有反面新疆、敦煌、东北等旅游胜地都是第五组需要常年驻守的地方所以,呵呵,工作之余让客户陪着旅游还是很合理的不要看第五组的同事经常往深山老林里跑,每年招新,第五组分到的美女总是最多的也许有美女在场,这些石油兄弟的脾气会好很多第六组主要负责信息系统的审计,所以严格意义上并不是财务审计人员他们使用的审计方法也和其他组大不相同第六组应该是当年信息系统审计部门刚成立时使用的称呼随着其规模的日趋扩大,现场通常直呼其SPA由于金融企业的财务会计严重依赖信息系统,所以第四组和SPA会经常打交道就现在来看,新员工进公司后的分组随机的成分很大,一般都会打乱并不是说你是金融专业毕业的就一定会分到第四组否则,第四组应该金融专业的毕业生特别多,但是从来没有这样的情况,我的感觉是,普华希望不同背景的人在一起工作,而不希望扎堆甚至拉帮结派,还有,另据小道消息,分组时是按你英文字母的首字母排序确定的,怪不得第四组以P、R、S等字母打头的同事特别多所以说,取名字很重要,这也是我写出篇小文的初衷^_^
