theyofferedmedicalandpsychologicalaidtothevictimsinthereliefwork.Ontheotherhand,volunteeringisbeneficialtothevolunteersthemselvestoo.Involvedinvolunteeringactivities,peopleareexposedtonewcircumstancesjandtheycanlearnhowtoworkwellinateamandhowtoimprovetheirinterpersonalskills,allofwhicharecriticalfortheircareerdevelopment.
