Well,IusedtoplaythisrunningactivitywithmyclassmateswhenIwassevenoreight.Therewereusuallyfourorfivepairsateachgame.Eachpairconsistedofaboyandagirlofcomparableage.Theboy’sleftlegwasfastenedtothegirl’srightone.Thentheyhoppedtowardthefinishlineoneachoftheirfreelegs,draggingthemiserableso-calledthirdlegbetweenthem.Theonethatreachedthefinishlinefirstwouldwin.IplayeditwithmyclassmatesandmyfriendLily(orJack)wasalwaysmypartner.Wepracticeditalotandsincetherunningdependedonthecooperationbetweenthepartners,wewonmanytimes.Istillhavefondmemoriesofthischildhoodactivity,notonlybecauseitwassomethingthatIwasgoodatbackthen,butalsobecauseittaughtmethevalueofcooperationbetweenpartners.Ittookgreatteamworktowinthecompetition.Besides,itwasalsointerestingtowatchpeoplehobblealongclumsilyandfallovereachother.

有的话题卡可以合并,大的合并类如:
人物类,地点类,事件类,物品类等。
当然,这种合并是比较粗线条的,细分之下,人物类还要分比如中国的,外国的,老人,小孩,名人还是普通人。

通常在口语考试中,最让学生头疼的就是两个问题“不知道说什么”和“不知道怎么说”。
考试中的很多题目往往让学生觉得涉及的范围很广,这样的题目用让我们望而生畏的英语表达出来,就让我们觉得虚无缥缈、无从下手。
有一个以不变应万变的方法就是:
化抽象为具体。
学会举例子,讲故事。
在这几个人物类话题卡中,我都使用了例子,来说明人物的品格特质。
讲故事的方法简单易操作,语言不难但生动,很容易impress教官。
但是一定要有个性,一定要量身订制的。
如果人云亦云,那可能会适得其反。
这个原则不仅适用于第二部分的话题卡,也适用于第三部分的考题。
