Introduction:
JDWetherspoonplcwasfoundedbyTimMartinwhoopenedthefirstJDWetherspoonpubin1979.thecompanymottoofJDWetherspooniscleanliness,beer,serviceandmaintenance'.Before21century,thespeedofJDWetherspoondevelopmentisveryfast.Andasaretaileritwasanewcompanywithnoconnectionstoanybreweryandwasabletobuildfromscratch.AnditrepresentedatypeofcompanywhichhadnotpreviouslyexistedinthelicensedtradeintheUK.Butafterthe21century,thedemandofcustomerhasbeenchangedalotandmanycompetitoradapttothenewenvironmentandgetstrong.ThetraditionalimaginebringthepassiveeffectstotheJDWetherspoon.Thentheychangedthebusinessstrategy.theyacquiresomesmallpubsforextendingtheirmarket,havesomechangesintheenvironmentandbuildbudgethotelwillbarfacilities.
ThisreportisanalysisallaspectsaboutJDWetherspooncompanyanditspurposeistoindicatefoursectionswithexternalenvironment,organizationculture,businessstrategyandtheorganization’schange.
