2018《质量治理体系要求》、ISO14001:
2004《环境治理体系要求及使用指南》和OHSAS18001:
2007《职业健康安全治理体系规范》标准,加强对质量环境安全一体化治理体系运作的领导,特任命高鹏为治理者代表。
ResponsibilitiesofManagementRepresentative治理者代表的职责:
1.Toensuretheprocedureofquality,environmentandsafetymanagementsystemscouldbeidentified;
themanagementsystemcouldbeestablishedandmaintained.
确保质量环境安全治理体系的过程得到识不,治理体系得到建立和保持;
2.Representationontop-managementstotakemanagementresponsibilityofquality,environmentandsafetysystems.Toorganize,coordinateandrulethemajorissuesofquality,environmentandsafetymanagementsystems;
代表最高治理者行使质量环境安全治理职责,组织、和谐、裁定质量环境安全治理中的重大事项;
3.Givingreportstotop-managementsontheperformanceandimprovedrequirementsofquality,environmentandsafetysystems,timelymanagingandcoordinatingproblemsofquality,environmentandsafetymanagementsystemsrunning.
向最高治理者报告质量环境安全治理体系的业绩和改进的需求,及时和谐处理质量环境安全治理体系运行的有关咨询题;
4.Toorganize,propagandizeandimplementlaws,regulations,andinstitutionsofquality,environmentandsafetymanagementsystems;
toensurethewholecompanycouldimprovetheawarenessoffulfillingcustomerrequirementsandsocietycommitment.
组织宣传贯彻有关质量环境安全方面的法律法规、制度、标准,确保全公司职员提高满足顾客要求和社会承诺的意识;
5.Beresponsibleforexternalliaisonforrelevantissuesconcernedwithquality,environmentandsafetysystems.
负责质量环境安全治理体系有关事宜的对外联络。
6.Assuringtheproductwiththemarkingfromthecertificationinstitutefulfillingallthecertificationrequirement
确保加贴该认证标志的产品符合认证标准要求
7.Beresponsibletoorganizetosetupwrittenproceduretoassurethecertificationmarkingisproperkeptandusedwithintheorganization.
负责建立文件化的程序,确保认证标志妥善保管和使用;
8.Beresponsibletoorganizetosetupwrittenproceduretoassurethatnoattachingcertificationmarkingtothenon-conformingproductandproductwhichhasbeenchangedbutwithoutconfirmationfromthecertificationinstitute.
负责组织建立文件化的程序,确保不合格品和获证产品变更后未经认证机构确认,不加贴标志。
