NowthisPolicyofinsurancewitnessesthatsubjecttotheInsuredhavingpaidtotheInsurersthepremiummentionedintheScheduleandsubjecttotheterms,exclusions,provisionsandconditionscontainedhereinorendorsedhereontheInsurerswillindemnifytheInsuredinthemannerandtotheextenthereinafterprovided.

Generalexclusions一般

TheInsurerswillnotindemnifytheInsuredinrespectofloss,damageorliabilitydirectlyorindirectlycausedbyorarisingoutoforaggravatedby

b）nuclearreaction,nuclearradiationorradioactivecontamination：

c）wilfulactorwilfulnegligenceoftheInsuredorofhisrepresentatives;

d）cessationofworkwhethertotalorpartial.

Inanyaction,suitorotherproceedingwheretheInsurersallegethatbyreasonoftheprovisionsofExclusiona）aboveanyloss,destruction,damageorliabilityisnotcoveredbythisinsurancetheburdenofprovingthatsuchloss,destruction,damageorliabilityiscoveredshallbeupontheInsured.

Periodofcover

Theliabilityoftheinsurersshallcommence,notwithstandinganydatetothecontraryspecifiedintheSchedule,directlyuponcommencementofworkoraftertheunloadingoftheitemsenteredintheScheduleatthesite.TheInsurers'

liabilityexpiresforpartsoftheinsuredcontractworkstakenoverorputintoservice.

Generalconditions

1.ThedueobservanceandfulfilmentofthetermsofthisPolicyinsofarastheyrelatetoanythingtobedoneorcompliedwithbytheInsuredandthetruthofthestatementsandanswersinthequestionnaireandproposalmadebytheInsuredshallbeaconditionprecedenttoanyliabilityoftheInsurers.

2.TheScheduleandtheSection（s）shallbedeemedtobeincorporatedinandformpartofthisPolicyandtheexpression"

thisPolicy"

whereverusedinthiscontractshallbereadasincludingtheScheduleandtheSection（s）.AnywordorexpressiontowhichaspecificmeaninghasbeenattachedinanypartofthisPolicyoroftheScheduleoroftheSection（s）shallbearsuchmeaningwhereveritmayappear.

3.TheInsuredshallathisownexpensetakeallreasonableprecautionsandcomplywithallreasonablerecommendationsoftheInsurerstopreventloss,damageorliabilityandcomplywithstatutoryrequirementsandmanufacturers'

recommendations.

4.a）RepresentativesoftheInsurersshallatanyreasonabletimehavetherighttoinspectandexaminetheriskandtheInsuredshallprovidetherepresentativesoftheInsurerswithalldetailsandinformationnecessaryfortheassessmentoftherisk.

b）TheInsuredshallimmediatelynotifytheInsurersbytelegramandinwritingofanymaterialchangeintheriskandcauseathisownexpensesuchadditionalprecautionstobetakenascircumstancesmayrequire,andthescopeofcoverand/orpremiumshall,ifnecessary,beadjustedaccordingly.

NomaterialalterationshallbemadeoradmittedbytheInsuredwherebytheriskisincreased,unlessthecontinuanceoftheinsuranceisconfirmedinwritingbytheinsurers.

5.IntheeventofanyoccurrencewhichmightgiverisetoaclaimunderthisPolicy,theInsuredshall

a）immediatelynotifytheInsurersbytelephoneortelegramaswellasinwriting,givinganindicationastothenatureandextentoflossordamage：

b）takeallstepswithinhispowertominimizetheextentofthelossordamage;

c）preservethepartsaffectedandmakethemavailableforinspectionbyarepresentativeorsurveyoroftheinsurers;

d）furnishallsuchinformationanddocumentaryevidenceastheInsurersmayrequire;

e）informthepoliceauthoritiesincaseoflossordamageduetotheftorburglary.

Al.ALLIANCE-SEGUROS

TheInsurersshallnotinanycasebeliableforloss,damageorliabilityofwhichnonoticehasbeenreceivedbytheInsurerswithin14daysofitsoccurrence.

UponnotificationbeinggiventotheInsurersunderthiscondition,theInsuredmaycarryouttherepairsorreplacementofanyminordamage;

inallothercasesarepresentativeoftheInsurersshallhavetheopportunityofinspectingthetossordamagebeforeanyrepairsoralterationsareeffected.IfarepresentativeoftheInsurersdoesnotcarryouttheinspectionwithinaperiodoftimewhichcouldbeconsideredadequateunderthecircumstances,theInsuredisentitledtoproceedwiththerepairsorreplacement.

TheliabilityoftheInsurersunderthisPolicyinrespectofanyitemsustainingdamageshallceaseifsaiditemisnotrepairedproperlywithoutdelay.

6.TheInsuredshallattheexpenseoftheInsurersdoandconcurindoingandpermittobedoneallsuchactsandthingsasmaybenecessaryorrequiredbytheInsurersintheinterestofanyrightsorremedies,orofobtainingrelieforindemnityfromparties（otherthanthoseinsuredunderthisPolicy）towhichtheinsurersareorwouldbecomeentitledorwhichisorwouldbesubrogatedtothemupontheirpayingforormakinggoodanylossordamageunderthisPolicy,whethersuchactsandthingsareorbecomenecessaryorrequiredbeforeoraftertheInsured’sindemnificationbytheInsurers.

7.IfanydifferencearisesastotheamounttobepaidunderthisPolicy（liabilitybeingotherwiseadmitted）,suchdifferenceshallbereferredtothedecisionofanarbitratortobeappointedinwritingbythepartiesindifferenceor,iftheycannotagreeuponasinglearbitrator,tothedecisionoftwoarbitrators,onetobeappointedinwritingbyeachofthepartieswithinonecalendarmonthafterhavingbeenrequiredinwritingsotodobyeitheroftheparties,or,incasethearbitratorsdonotagree,ofanumpiretobeappointedinwritingbythearbitratorsbeforethelatterenteruponthereference.Theumpireshallsitwiththearbitratorsandpresideattheirmeetings.ThemakingofanawardshallbeaconditionprecedenttoanyrightofactionagainsttheInsurers.

8.Ifaclaimisinanyrespectfraudulent,orifanyfalsedeclarationismadeorusedinsupportthereof,orifanyfraudulentmeansordevicesareusedbytheInsuredoranyoneactingonhisbehalftoobtainanybenefitunderthisPolicy,orifaclaimismadeandrejectedandnoactionorsuitiscommencedwithinthreemonthsaftersuchrejectionor,inthecaseofarbitrationtakingplaceasprovidedherein,withinthreemonthsafterthearbitratororarbitratorsorumpirehavemadetheiraward,allbenefitunderthisPolicyshallbeforfeited.

9.IfatthetimeanyclaimarisesunderthePolicythereisanyotherinsurancecoveringthesameloss,damageorliability,theInsurersshallnotbeliabletopayorcontributemorethantheirrateableproportionofanyclaimforsuchloss,damageorliability.

Section1-Materialdamage

TheInsurersherebyagreewiththeInsuredthatifatanytimeduringtheperiodofcovertheitemsoranypartthereofenteredintheScheduleshallsufferanyunforeseenandsuddenphysicallossordamagefromanycause,otherthanthosespecificallyexcluded,inamannernecessitatingrepairorreplacement,theInsurerswillindemnifytheInsuredinrespectofsuchlossordamageashereinafterprovidedbypaymentincash,replacementorrepair（attheirownoption）uptoanamountnotexceedinginrespectofeachoftheitemsspecifiedintheSchedulethesumsetoppositetheretoandnotexceedinginanyoneeventthelimitofindemnitywhereapplicableandnotexceedinginallthetotalsumexpressedintheScheduleasinsuredhereby.

SpecialexclusionstoSection1

TheInsurerswillalsoreimbursetheInsuredforthecostofclearanceofdebrisfollowinguponanyeventgivingrisetoaclaimunderthisPolicyprovidedaseparatesumthereforhasbeenenteredintheSchedule.

TheInsurersshallnot,however,beliablefor

a）thedeductiblestatedintheScheduletobebornebytheInsuredinanyoneoccurrence;

b）consequentiallossofanykindordescriptionwhatsoeverincludingpenalties,lossesduetodelay,lackofperformance,lossofcontract：

c）lossordamageduetofaultyde
