lagreetopostponethedeliveryontheconditonthattheselleragreesofpayapenaltywhichshallbedeductedbythepayingbankatthetimeofpayment.therateofpenaltyischargedat0.5%ofthetotalvalueofthecargowhosedeliveryhasbeendelayedforeveryweek,odddayslessthanaweekshouldbecountedasaweek.butthetotalamountofpenaltyshallnotexceed5%ofthetotalvalueofthecargoinvolvedinthelatedelivery.incasethesellerfailotmakedelivery10weekslaterthanthetimeofshipmentstipulatedonthecontract,thebuyershallhavbetherighttocancelthecontractandthesellershallstillpaytheaforesaidpenaltytothebuerwithoutdelay.

incasethequalityand/orquantity/weightarefoundthebuyersto

benotinconformitywiththecontractafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,thebuyersmaylodgeclaimwiththesellerssupportedbysurveyreportissuedbyaninspectionorganizaitonagreeduponbybothparties,withtheexception,however,ofthoseclaimsforwhichtheinsurancecompanyand/ortheshippingcompanyaretobeheldresponsible.claimforqualitydiscrepancyshouldbefiledbythebuyerswithin30daysafterarrivalofthegoodsattheportofdestination,whileforquantity/weightdiscrepancyclaimshouldbefiled
