Abstract:
Equilibriumequationswerederivedformultilayerhollowshellswithorthotropiclayers.Transformingthissystembyintroducingstressfunctionsnotonlysimplifiestheformulationandsolutionofthedefinedclassofproblems,butalsoallowsthegeneralfeaturesofthestress-strainstateinhollowshellsandplatestobediscernedincertaincases.(9refs.)

Aluminumismuchusefulmaterialforhighspeedlightcraftsduetohighstrengthandlightweight.Largealuminumhollowextrusionprofileshaveanothermeritssuchaseasyproductionofcomplicatedshapes,reductionofweldingandcuttinglines,easyfabrication,highqualityandlaborcost-down.Inthispaper,adesignmethodforaluminumhollowextrusionprofileswasdeveloped.Detailedfiniteelementanalysiswascarriedouttocomprehendthestructuralbehaviorsofthehollowextrusionprofilessubjectedtonormalpressureandcompression.Simpleformulaswereproposedtoanalyzestructuralcharacteristicsofthehollowextrusionprofilesbasedonorthotropicplatetheoryandplatebucklingtheory.Bycomparisonwiththedetailedanalysisresults,itwasshownthatsimpleformulashavegoodaccuracyandefficiency.Forpracticalapplicationoftheproposedsimpleformulas,optimizationforreductionofweightunderstrengthandproductionconstraintswascarriedoutandusefulresultswereobtained.(无关)
