1.3本体结ProperStructure
1.3.1汽轮机整个通流部分共有31级动叶片。
其中高压缸:
1冲动式单列调节级+8冲动级,中压缸:
10冲动级;
低压缸:
2×
6=12个冲动压力级。
高压喷嘴组由四组喷嘴弧段组成,上下缸各二组,四个独立的蒸汽室各装有一组有子午面型线的喷嘴组,各控制29只喷嘴汽道。
三组全开发出额定功率,第四组为保证夏季和低参数下发出额定功率。

6=12impulsepressurestages.Highpressurenozzlegroupconsistsof4groupofnozzlearcsections,2groupsforeachupperandlowercylinder,andonegroupofmeridiannozzlegroupareinstalledin4separatesteamchamber,thenozzlegroupswillcontrol29nozzlesteamduct.Threegroupsarefullyopenedtoprovideratedpower,andthe4grouparestandbyforratedpowerinthesummeroratlowparameters.
1.3.2高中压缸为双层缸结构;
高、中压部分反向布置,低压缸采用双分流双层缸结构;
调节级喷嘴直接安装在高压缸汽室上,高中压外缸采用下猫爪中分面支承于轴承箱上,低压内缸支撑在外缸内侧台板上,低压外缸为落地式支承。
低压缸与凝汽器为刚性联接。

lowpressurecylinderadoptsfloorsupport.Thelowpressurecylinderisrigidconnectingwithcondenser.
1.3.3高中、低压转子为无中心孔整锻转子,高中压转子与低压转子采用刚性联轴器连接。
低压转子与发电机转子为半挠性联轴器连接。
High,intermediateandlowpressurerotorsarewholecastwithoutcenterholes,andhigh,intermediateandlowpressurerotorsapplyrigidcouplerforconnection,andlowpressurerotorandgeneratorrotoradoptshalfflexiblecouplerforconnection.
1.3.4本机组由于采用了高窄法兰,因而取消了法兰加热系统。

1.3.5机组配有4r/min电动行星摆轮低速自动盘车装置,装设于中间轴承座盖上。
2台柱塞式顶轴油泵向本机组5只椭圆型径向支持轴承提供高压顶轴油。

1.3.6汽轮机共有4368只叶片,调节级叶高18.15mm,末级叶高668mm。

1.3.7汽轮机设有三个轴承座,里面有3只径向支持轴承和2只发电机径向支持轴承以及1只密切尔式推力轴承。
轴承座全部落地,前轴承座内除安装有径向支持轴承外,还安装有主要的调节保安部套,如主油泵、危急遮断装置等,推力轴承装设于中轴承座中。

1.3.8滑销系统:
本机组有前、中、后基架及后缸基架落于基础上,前、中、后轴承箱及后缸落于基架上。
前轴承箱沿中心线的纵销作轴向移动,而汽缸向两侧的膨胀靠横销导向。
前轴承箱与高中压缸之间设有定中心梁装置可以有效的解决因纵销卡涩造成的前轴承箱膨胀不畅问题。
高中压缸膨胀死点在中轴承箱下部的横、纵销交叉点处,低压缸膨胀死点在进汽管中心线与转子中心线的交叉点处。

thefront,midandrearbaseframesandrearcylinderbaseframeareseatedonbase,thefront,midandrearbearingboxesandrearcylinderareseatedonbaseframe.Thefrontbearingboxmovesinaxialdirectionalongtheverticalpinincenterline,whiletheexpansiontowardsbothsidesofcylinderisagainsttransversepinguidedirection.Thecenterbeamfixingdevicebetweenfrontbearingboxandhigh/intermediatepressurecylinderscanbeusedtoeffectivelysolvetheunsmoothexpansionoffrontbearingboxcausedbyverticalpinblocking.
1.3.9轴系一阶临界转速:
高中压转子1669r/min,低压转子1836r/min,发电机转子为1381r/min。

1.3.10轴系从汽轮机机头端向发电机端看,转子的旋转方向为顺时针。

1.3.11本机组采用汽缸夹层加热系统,以改善冷态开机时机组的胀差控制。
加热汽源来自于自动主汽门前的主蒸汽。
为提高加热速度,在上下外缸各装一根ф57喷汽管,上面钻有若干ф5小孔,加热蒸汽从孔中喷出以达到启机热缸、停机冷缸的目的。

1.3.12适宜的运行方式:
机组可定压或滑压运行,变压运行范围30-80%额定负荷;
带基本负荷并可调峰和两班制运行,调峰范围35-100%额定负荷;
机组允许在电网频率49-50.5Hz范围内长期运行,调频叶片不会产生共振。
Properoperationmode:
theunitcanbeoperatedinconstantpressureorslidingpressure,andthepressurechangerangeis30-80%ofratedload;
withbasicload,andpeakadjustmentandoperatingintwoshifts,andthepeakvaryingscopeis35-100%ofratedload;
theunitisallowedoperatingwithingridfrequency49-50.5Hz,thebladeswithvariablefrequencyshallnotoccurresonance.
1.3.13汽轮机的典型工况

1.3.13.1额定功率工况(THA):
汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,进汽量399t/h,所规定的汽水品质,背压为4.9kpa,补水率为0%,回热系统全部正常投入运行,发电机效率98.4%,额定功率因数0.85,发电机输出净功率为135MW的工况为额定工况,也是机组热耗率(8171KJ/kwh)的保证工况,机组汽耗率为2.96Kg/kwh。

1.3.13.2最大连续工况(T-MCR):
汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,进汽量422t/h,回热系统全部正常投入,不抽厂用汽时,能发出最大功率142MW。
此工况为最大连续功率工况,机组热耗率8160KJ/kwh,机组汽耗率为2.977Kg/kwh。

underratedmainsteamandreheatedsteamparametersofturbine,thesteamadmissionis422t/h,theheatrecoverysystemiscompletelyinputnormally,ifnoauxiliarysteamisextracted,theproducedmaximumpoweris142MW.ThatworkconditionisMCR,andtheunitthermalconsumptionratiois8160KJ/kwh,andunitsteamconsumptionrateis2.977Kg/kwh.
1.3.13.3夏季功率工况(铭牌功率工况TRL):
汽轮机在额定参数下,进汽量420t/h,补水率为3%,冷却水温为最高值33℃,背压为11.80Kpa,回热系统全部正常投入,机组能连续运行并发出额定功率135MW,此工况下出力可保证工况机组汽耗率为3.13Kg/kwh。

1.3.13.4阀门全开工况(T-VWO):
汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,背压为4.9kPa,补给水率为0%,回热系统全部正常投入,汽机进汽量约为夏季工况的1.05倍即440t/h,机组能安全连续运行输出净功率为147MW,此工况为阀门全开工况,机组热耗率8158KJ/kwh,机组汽耗率为2.996Kg/KWH。

1.3.13.5高加解列工况:
汽轮机在额定主蒸汽及再热蒸汽参数下,进汽量359t/h,背压为4.9Kpa,高加解列后,最大连续功率为135MW。
