1.3一般说明

1.3.1尺寸单位:
管道长度和标高以m计,其余以mm计。

1.3.3管道标高的表示法:
所注管道标高,均以室内首层地面±
0.000作基准推的相对标高.给水管道的标高是指管中心线的标高;
排水管道的标高是指管道内顶面的标高.

1.3.4除设计图中已有安装大样外,一般卫生设备均参照《全国通用给水排水标准图集99S304卫生设备安装》进行安装.

1.3.5室内生活给水管道,其横管安装时宜有0.002-0.005的坡度坡向泄水装置。

1.3.6给水管道上各种阀门必须检验合格后才安装,原则上当DN<
50时用截止阀,DN≥50时用闸板阀或蝶阀,但在环状管网上闸门及各种排空泄水阀一律用闸板阀或蝶阀.

1.3.7室内排水立管上的检查口,底层和有卫生器具的最高层必须设置,如屋顶为上人平屋顶,能用立管伸顶通气管口清通时,顶层可不设检查口,其它每隔一层(6.0m左右)设置,检查口高出地面一般为1.0m,且应高出该层卫生器具上边缘150mm。

1.3.8排水管道的横管与立管的连接应采用45°
的三通或45°
四通和90斜三通或90°
斜四通,立管底部与排出管连接处,应采用两个45°
弯头或采取弯曲半径不少于4倍管径的90°
弯头。

1.3.9所有卫生器具自带或配置存水弯,其水封深度不得小于50mm。

1.3.10管道支架要求

第2章管道的选材防腐及试压

2.1生活给水(水)系统
2.1Thewatersupplysystemforlife
2.1.1室内管道采用:
提取车间给水管、热水管均采用热镀锌钢管,其余厂房采用PPR管。
洁净厂房内暴露在外的管道采用不锈钢管。
2.1.1Fortheindoorwatersupplypipehotzincingpipeshouldbeadoptedfortheextractingworkshopwatersupplypipesandthehotwatersupplypipes,thepipesintheotherbuildingshouldadoptPPRpipe.ButthepipeexposedinthecleanzoneshouldadoptSS(stainlesssteel)pipe.
2.1.2管道接口形式

2.1.3管道试验水压力:
(以首层室内地面作计算基准点)

管道试验水压力为工作压力的1.5倍,但最小不少于0.6MPa,本工程采用0.9MPa.
Thetestpressureshouldbe1.5timesoftheworkingpressureandnotlowerthan0.6MPa,itis0.9MPainthisproject.
2.1.4所有管道均暗装于管道井内,吊顶内,墙内或采用建筑局部装修包封处理.

2.1.5室内给水管及卫生洁具的连接管道在穿过楼板或剪力墙时应配合土建施工预留孔洞.

2.2.3管道试验水压力:
2.2.3Testpressureofthepipewaterpressuretest
消防管道的水压力是以消防水泵的最高压力(即流量为0时的扬程)来计算,当水泵最高压力小于0.6MPa时,试验压力为1.5倍;
当水泵最高压力大于0.6MPa时,试验压力为其压力加上0.3MPa;
当室内消火栓系统有消防水泵结合器时,试验压力还必须不小于1.4MPa,本工程为1.4MPa。

C的工序排水管采用PPR管。
