CHAPTERONEINTRODUCTION
CongratulationsonyouremploymentwiththeFELDAIFFCOSOUTHCHINALTD.
Inordertohaveasuccessfulworkenvironment,itisessentialforyoutohaveaclearunderstandingoftherights,responsibilities,policiesandbenefitsthatgoverntheworkplace.Itisimportantforyoutobefamiliarwiththeinformationinthishandbook,sopleasereviewitcarefully.
ThishandbookisnotintendedtoaddresseverydetailaboutemploymentwithFISC.However,itdoesprovideacomprehensiveoverviewandservesasausefulguide.YourdepartmentofHRcanprovideadditionaldetailsandassistancerelatingtoyouremployment,shouldyouhavefurtherquestions.

CHAPTERTWOMANAGEMENTOFHUMANRESOURCE
SECTION1:
RECRUITMENT,INTERVIEW,APPOINTMENTANDPOSITION.
1.Termsofemployment&
positionclassification:
AllemployeeswillsignlaborcontractwithFISC.
Positionclassification:
GROUPLEADER,ENGINEER,DIRECTOR,MANAGERASSISTANT,DEPUTYMANAGER,MANAGER,FACTORYMANAGER,CFO,VP,&
CEO.
2.Ifanydepartmentisshortofstaff,themanagerofdepartmentshouldfilltheform-“RecruitmentRequest”,andhandittoHRdepartment.TherecruitmentforvacantpositionsmustbeheldbyHRdepartmentaftertheformisapprovedbyCEO.
3.Publicrecruitmentorinternalrecruitmentareusedtohireforvacantpositions.Thesejobannouncementscanbeaccessedthroughjobfairs,newspaperadvertisements,internetandheadhunting,etc.RecruitmentwillbeheldbyHRdepartment.
4.AnemploymentinterviewbyHRdepartmentisconsideredthefirstpartoftheexaminationprocess.TheHRdepartmentwillrecommendthequalifiedcandidatetothedepartment.
5.Therewillbeasecondexaminationheldbythedepartmentthattheintervieweesapplyingfor.Aftertheintervieweepassthesecondround,HRdepartmentwillreviewtheapplicantthenreporttoCEO.AnappointmentoccurswhentheapplicantisapprovedbyCEO.TheintervieweewillofficiallybecomeFISC’semployeeatthefirstdaywhenhecometowork.
6.GoodcreditemployeewhohasbeenworkinFISCfor6monthcanapplyforinternalrecruitment.
7.Whenemployeesdeterminetoapplyfornewposition,theapplicationmustbeapprovedbytheirmanager.
8.TheHRdepartmentshallassesseveryemployee’squalificationduringtherecruitment(publicorinternal).WithoutHRdepartment’sapproval,theintervieweecannotcometootherdepartmentfirst.
9.Everyemployeemustpassthroughthehealthexamination.FISCwillnothireanyunhealthylabor.
10.Theheadofdepartmentwillbaseonjobrequirements,employees’personalityandabilitytoarrangetheirposition.
11.SpouseordirectrelativesshallnotberecruitedinFISC.
SECTION2:
INTERNALPOSITIONADJUST
12.Whendepartmentmanagerdecidedtoadjusthisstafformovetheunderlingfromhisdepartmenttoanotherdepartment,hemustnegotiatewithothermanagerofdepartmentandfilltheform–“EmployeeAdjustmentRequest”andbeapprovedbyCEO.TheapplicationwillbefiledinHRdepartment.
SECTION3:
WORKINGTIMEANDOVERTIME
13.Eighthoursofworkperday,and40hoursofworkperweek(eatinghourisnotincluded).
Workingtimeisfrom8.30-12.30,13.30-17.30.
Shiftworkerswillbearrangedbytheirsupervisor,thenreporttotheHRdepartment.
14.Ifemployeeshavetoworkovertime,theymustfilltheform–“OvertimeApplication”inadvance,andtheformmustbesignedbydepartmentmanager,thenreportedtoHRdepartmentandapprovedbyCEO.
Ifitistheemployee’spersonalreasoncauseovertime,itwillnotbeconsideredascompensatoryovertime.
Insomespecialcircumstances,ifemployeescannotsubmitapplicationformforovertimeinadvance,theyshouldfilltheform-“OvertimeApplicationforSpecialCases”.
Overtimedosenotincludedinnertime.
15.Compensatorytimeoffistheprincipalmethodofcompensationforovertime.Incaseofemployeescannotarrangetheirworkingscheduletotaketheirtimeoff,theycanrequestcashcompensatoryforovertime.
First,theyshallfilltheform-“overtimestatistical”signedbydepartmentmanagerandcheckedbyHRdepartment,thenapprovedbyCEO.ThengiveittoHRdepartmentbefore25thdayofeverymonth.
Thefinancedepartmentwilldelivertheovertimefeetoemployeesbaseonthisstatisticalform.
16.Theemployee,whosepositionisdeputymanagerorabove,cannoapplyforcompensatorytimeofforcash(exceptinnationalholiday).
SECTIONFOUR:
WORKATTENDANCE,PAYMENTANDWELFARE
17.HRdepartmentwillmarkdowneveryemployees’monthlyworkattendance.(exceptfortheemployeewhosepositionisdeputymanagerorabove).Financedepartmentwillregulateworkers’salarybaseontheirattendance.
AfterapprovedbyCEOandfiledinHRdepartment,someparticularworkerswillnotbemarkdowntheirattendance.
18.AlltheemployeesinFISCarepaidbymonth.Companywillpaysalaryoftheprecedingmonthbefore10thdayofeachmonth.
19.Ourcompanywillevaluateemployees’performanceandachievementevery6monthor12month.
20.FISC’sdailypaymentandhourpaymentinstatutoryworkingdateareallfollowthegovernment’slaborlaw.
21.Ifanyemployeediscusswithotherworkeraboutsalary,companywillmarkdownawarningtoeachoneordismissthem.
FISCwillprovidesocietyinsuranceandhousingaccumulationfundtoalltheemployeesafter1monthinFISC.
SECTIONFIVE.ATTENDANCEANDLEAVE
22.Recentlyrecruitedemployeescannothavepersonalleave.
23.Employeesmustfilltheform–“LeaveApplication”beforetheytaketheleave.AndtheformmustbesignedbythedepartmentmanagerandapprovedbytheHRdepartment.Thesickleaveandinjuryleavemustattachwithmedicalrecordsfromhospital.
Theminimumunittimeforleaveishalfworkingday.
24.Insomespecialcircumstances,ifemployeescannotfilltheforminadvance,heshallcontactthedepartmentmanagerandaskforapproval.
Anyemployeewhotakesleavewithoutapproval,willbededucted3day’ssalaryforeachday’sabsenteeismandreceivesawarning.
25.Aftertheleaveapplicationformisapproved,employeemustprovidetheformtoHRdepartmentin3days,otherwise,itwillbeconsideredasabsenteeism.
26.DepartmentmanagerwhoappliesforleavemustseekpermissionfromtheCEO.Otherworkers’leaveapplicationmustbeapprovedbytheirmanagerfirst,thenfiledinHRdepartment.
Alltheemployeesmustarrangetheirbusinessaffairsbeforetaketheleave,anddonotoverruntheallottedleavedate.
27.“LeaveApplication”ismadeinduplicate,onefordepartmentandtheotheronewillbefiledinHRdepartment.
28.Personalleaveiswithoutpayment.Employeescanhaveleavewithpaymentinnationalholiday,sickleave,injuryleave,weddingleaveandcompassionateleave.
28.1Employeecanaskforpersonalleavewithnopay.
28.2Injuryleave:
anyemployeewhogethurtduringworkinghour,mustinformHRdepartmentimmediately.AftercertifyingbyHRdepartment,theemployeewillhasinsuranceforinjury.IfadepartmentorapersondosenotinformHRdepartmentabouttheinjury,FISCwillnotcovertheinjurycost.Whatismore,theresponsibilityandinjurycostwillbeborebythedepartmentortheperson.
28.3EmployeesofFISCshallhaveleaveforfestivalsandpublicholidays
28.4Formalemployeescanhaveleavewithpayformarriage.Marryingleaveshouldbetakein3monthaftermarriage,oritwillberegardsasabandonment.Employeesshallnotseparatelyrequesttheleave.
28.5Employeescanhaveleavewithpayforbereavementleaves.Theymustprovidedeathcertificate,andapprovedbytheirmanager.Employeesshallnotseparatelyrequesttheleave.
28.6Sickleave:
IfemployeeshaveservedinFISCmorethan1year,hewillhavesickleavewithpayment.Companywillfiredthoseemployeeswhoprovidefalsesickcertificate.
28.7Annualleave:
IfemployeeshaveservedinFISCformorethan1year,hewillhaveannualleaveeveryyear.
SECTIONSIX:
TERMINATIONOFCONTRACT
29.1Ifanemployeeplanstoterminatehiscontract,heshallfilltheform-“ResignationNote”,thensubmitstheformtothedepartmentheworkfor,andtheformmustbeapprovedbytheHRdepartmentatleast30daysprior.OncetheformisapprovedbyCEOandfiledinHRdepartment,theresignationwillbeacceptableandofficial.
29.2Afterofficiallyresign,theemployeemusthandoverhisjob,thenreturnthishandbook,identificationcardandalltheobjectthatbelongtoFISCin24hours.Theemployeemustcleanthebill(workattendance,dormitoryrent,utilities)withHRDepartment,thenafterHRdepartmentmanagersingeontheResignationNote,theemployeemustleavethecompanyin12hour.Iftheemployeeisfiredbycompany,hehas4hourstocleanhisbillandhandoverthebelongingsandjob.Ifanyemployeewhofailtoobeythisrules,HRdepartmentwillnotpaythesalary.
29.3FinanceDepartmentwillcleanthepaymentofemployeeinamonthafterreceivingthe“ResignationNote”,thenfeedbacktoHRdepartment.
29.4Afterofficiallyresign,theemployeesmustimmediatelyreturnthishandbook,theiridentificationcardandallthepropertythatbelongtoFISC
29.5Theemployeewhosepositionisabovegroupleaderandengineermusthandoverhisjobtohissuccessor

TRAINING
30.FISCsupportstrainingprogramsandemployeedevelopmenttoimprovetheeffici
