1.集中精力:
做任何事情要取得成功都必须集中精力。
每次做阅读理解都必须高度集中,记下自己的阅读速度及理解的好坏,一点一点地提高阅读速度与理解能力。
2.改掉阅读中的坏习惯:
阅读主要是脑力活动,身体其他各部的活动(包括头部的转动、嘴唇的开合、手指的移动等)会降低阅读速度,妨碍理解。
阅读不同于朗读,朗读的目的是练习发音、语音语调,而阅读则是获取文字信息,所以读出声音也会妨碍阅读速度及理解能力的提高。
3.学会按语群阅读,会有助于提高阅读理解的质量。
如:

4.没有大量的记忆工作是学不好语言的。
词汇必须日积月累,没有足够的词汇量便没有阅读理解能力的提高。
5.在大量阅读的过程中逐步提高阅读技能,如根据上下文猜测生词词义,理解长句难句,寻找文段的中心思想、最佳标题,推断作者的意图等。
