Clutchbyglandassemblyandplatenassemblywhich,intheirrotationstrengthisthekeypartsofthequalityevaluationcarisanimportantindex,rulesandregulationsshouldbeaccelerationintheirstateoftherotatingspeedishigherthanspeedingstrengthtesttodeterminethesafetyandreliabilityoftheclutchdisc.Forexample,santanaclutchdiscassemblyanddrivenplatetotalchengduinordinarytemperaturerequirementsina=rad/s2accelerationof50accto12000r/min,andplatenassemblyalsorequiresinhightemperature(250℃)ata=rad/s2accelerationof50accto10000r/minwithoutfracture.Thesetestsrequireinthespecializedtestingmachine.
Atpresent,thedomesticisnoclutchassemblystrengthtestonthespecialequipment.Thispaperintroducestheauthordevelopedaverticalmulti-functionofclutchrotatingstrengthtester(seechart1).Ithasastrongdriveability
(1),cangenerateenoughacceleration,themaximumweight50kg,withthehighestspeed18000r/min,maximumacceleration20radPI/s2theclutchassemblystrengthtest;
(2)thestrongvibrationabsorbersystem,toabsorbtheclutchassemblyhighspeedrotatingvibrationenergy;
(3)thereliableandsteadyautomationcontrolsystemandabsolutesafetyofleadbrickprotectionrecessed;
(4)toobservetheclutchassemblyrotationexperimentprocessandtheruptureinstantaneousstatesurveillanceandhigh-speedphotographysystem.Toallsortsofclutchassembly,themachinecanstrengthtest,especiallyforhighspeedcanbefrequentlydodestructivetesting,useconvenient,safeandreliable.

1.2Theclutchassemblydamagemomentsofhigh-speedphotographysystem
Theclutchassemblybymanypartsassemblyandbecome,thepartsqualityisdirectlyrelatedtothequalityoftheassembly.Ifcanthroughthehigh-speedstrengthtestfindassemblypartstheweaklinks,hadbetterbetobeintestchambertotakethepartsassemblybydeformationanddestructionandyieldspreadtothewholeprocessof,thatwillbeverysignificant.Althoughcurrentlynotatacloserangeinadvance,donotknowwhentheclutchassemblyofthedamagehappenedproducedhighspeedthewholeprocessofdestruction,buttheycantaketodestroythemomentalonephotos.
Foreigniswidelyacceptedinthespecimenoutsidetriggercoilrotorset,astherotorflycrack,debrisflyingoutofline,mettriggertriggercircuittriggeredbyhighspeedcamerashutteropen,tookadamagetheimageoftherotormoment.Obviouslythisdesignrequirementsmusthavetakenthecameraveryhighspeed.Forexampletheclutchassemblydestructionspeedthan10000r/min,thelinearvelocityinthe200m/sabove,ifwanttotakecleardebrisflyingoutoftheinstantaneousmovementconditionwhen,capturedfragmentsofthedistancefromthe2mmmovingimages.So,thecameraatleastshouldhavet=2mm/(200m/s)=1x10-5sshootingspeed,forordinarycameraitisclearlythedeficits.
Inordertosolvethisproblem,wedevelopedacommoncameraswiththehigh-speedphotographyinthetechnology,withtheclutchhigh-speedstrengthtestmachine,tooktheclutchassemblydestructionofphotographs.ThemomentThehigh-speedphotographyworkprincipleofthesystemisshowninfigure3.Thespecificpracticesforordinarycamera,willcovertheWindowsintestingmachineinthedarknessofthetestchamberoutside,openshutter,inadvanceforshootingstate.Atthesametime,addtherearcoveroutsidethewindowbetweenthetwosteelballmusthighpressureofthecapacitorvoltage.Whentheclutchassembly,highspeedrotatingpartsflycrackdamage,cutofftheassemblyline,theperipheryofthetriggerthatsetuplightsourcelineworktriggerpin,triggeringatriggerpulse,sothattheairbetweentwosteelball,asteelballcapacitorinionizationproducedstrong,betweendischargepulselightsource,thenthecameranarrowphotographicplate,gettheclutchassemblydestructionofphotographs.ThemomentThetechnologyofthemethodissimple,saveexpensivehigh-speedcameras,theshootingaccuracyishigh.

2.Experimentalstudy
Weinthetestingmachinetoclutchcoverplateassemblyandmadealargedestructivetesting.Nowtothesantanaglandassemblydamagetestasanexample.First,takethesantanaclutchcoverassemblystateofrest;
Then,theglandassembly,andtodestroythedamageprocessusinghigh-speedphotographysystemtoshoot,havethefollowingresults:
(1)santanaclutchcoverassemblyinspeedfor11560r/min,glandspringofflyout,cutoffthetriggercoil,tookahigh-speedphotographyphotos(seechart4),photosaretherightoffabout20°
positiononaspringoftheflyingoutoftheshadows.Afterparkingthetrayfoundnotdamage,butfindspringofcrack,theobviousskeletonspringofcentrifugalforcealongtheroleinthefirstbendingflyoutbroken.
(2)thisglandassemblycontinuetoriseinspeedforspeedtest,14010r/minhappenedwhenthetraydestruction,likeonhigh-speedphotographyphotos(seechart5).Photosofthemomentbydamage,thewholeclutchcovervisibleassemblyglandproducesseriouswarpingdeformation,radialonturnovertheclose(seephoto)andcutoffthetriggercoil.Asglandwarping,clutchthetrayimbalancesflycrackdamage.Butdidnotseetheglandcastironrings(coverpartscan'
tphotographed)flyoutoftheshadowofthefracture.
(3)fromglandassemblydestroyedthecrackofphotosskeleton(seefigure6)cansee,glandseriouswarpingdeformationinspringofinstallation,thegaps,butpulledglandandwithoutbreakingintoseveralpieces,althoughglandlowerpartofthecastironringhasfracturedintosevenpieces,butfoundnoglandinsidesurface,castironringspiecesthetraceoftheimpact.
Theresultshowsthesantanacarclutchcoverthefailureprocessoftheinstantaneousassemblyforlocalparts,(springof)flyout-glandseriouswarpingdeformation,inlocalweaksectionandpulledinthebottomoftheglandcastironringsandthewholeglandassemblyfracturefailure.
Thistesterhasbeenputintouseoffactorythreeyears,becausethefunctionisallready,performancestability,pricecheap,andsolvetheclutchalotofdetection,thedevelopment,andtheresearchquestion,isexpectedtoreplacetheimported,application.

提供了一种带高速摄影系统的汽车离合器旋转破坏强度试验机,该机可以频繁地做离合器总成的破坏性试验,并可拍摄到离合器总成破坏瞬间的独幅照片,以利找出总成零件的薄弱环节。

汽车离合器由压盖总成和从动盘总成组成,它们的旋转强度是评价汽车关键零件质量的重要指标,规范规定它们都应在加速度状态下进行高于工作转速的超速强度试验,以确定离合器盘的安全性和可靠性。
例如,桑塔纳轿车的离合器压盘总成与从动盘总成都要求在常温下以a=50rad/s2的加速度升速至12000r/min,而从动盘总成还要求在高温(250℃)下以a=50rad/s2的加速度升速至10000r/min而不发生破裂。
这些试验都要求在专门的试验机上进行。
目前,国内尚缺少进行汽车离合器总成强度试验的专用设备。
本文介绍笔者研制的一种立式多功能的汽车离合器旋转强度试验机(见图1)。
