　　consultantshallcompletetheserviceswithin__________monthsfromtheeffectivedateofthiscontractandfurnishthefinaltechnicalservicereport,includingdrawings,designingdocuments,allkindsofstandardsandphotos,within____months.consultantshallkeepaware,freeofcharge,clientofthelatestdevelopmentofsimilarprojectsandanyprogressmadeinordertoimprovethedesigningoftheproject.

　　clientshallfurnishtoconsultantthepertinentdata,technicalservicereports,mapsandinformationavailabletohimandshallgivetoconsultantthereasonableassistancenecessaryforcarryingoutofhisduties.particularlyclientshallnominateageneralrepresentativewhoshallbeavailableatreasonabletime.

　　clientshallassistconsultantwiththeresponsibleauthoritiesforobtainingvisas,workpermitsandotherdocumentsrequiredbyconsultanttoenterthecountryandtohaveaccesstothesiteoftheproject.theaboveexpensesshallbebornebyconsultant.

　　consultantshallfurnishasufficientnumberofcompetentpersonneltoperformitsobligationhereunder,inadditiontothosepersonnelspecificallylistedinappendix3.allpersonnelemployedbyconsultantincarryingouttheworkshallbeexclusivelyconsultant’sresponsibility,andconsultantshallholdclientharmlessfromanyclaimsofanykindbyconsultant’spersonnelarisingoutofanyactsbyconsultantoritspersonnelinconnectionwiththeworkperformedhereunder.

　　consultantshallprovideclientallthetechnicaltechnicalservicereportsandrelevantdocumentationwithinthescopeoftechnicalservicesandwithinthetimescheduleofthetimeschedulefortheservices.

　　consultantshallassistclient＇spersonnelinhiscountryinobtainingvisasandinarranginglodgings.hotelandboardingexpensesshallbebornebyclient.consultantshallsupplytoclient＇spersonnelofficespaceandnecessaryfacilitiesaswellastransportation.

　　consultantshallberesponsibleforandshallindemnifyclientandhisemployeeinrespectofinjurytopersonordamagetopropertyoccurringinconnectionwiththeservices,totheextentthatsuchdamageorinjurydirectlyresultsfromnegligenceofconsultant’spersonnelwhileengagedinactivitiesunderthisshallbeliableonlytotheworkunderthiscontract.

　　intheeventofforcemajeureasdefinedinthecontract,thetotalcontractpriceshallbereadjustedthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.ifclientrequiresservicesnotcontemplatedinthescopeofservicesthepartiesshallfriendlydiscussanamendmenttothe

　　totalcontractprice.anysuchamendmentshallbeinwritingcountersignedbybothparties.thisdocumentshallthenformintegralpartofthecontract.
