摘要
2020年是就非常具有魔幻色彩的一年。
除了考验世界各国综合管理能力和国家危机应对能力的新疫情,还有中美之间旷日持久的贸易战。
可以说,美国政府在2020年7月底突然对抖音实施制裁,最根本的原因是中美贸易冲突不断升级,在新世界疫情的影响下,这一冲突正在加速。
然而,作为一名研究者,应该超越贸易冲突,超越权威,从多个角度,从多个原因,特别是具有全球影响的原因来解释事件。
本文主要从韩国英语媒体的角度对抖音被美国政府制裁的案例进行研究和分析,发现并总结出中国企业在海外经营中需要注意的问题。
因此,韩文版本中的文化差异并没有得到有效的解决。
另外,在营销策略方面,过度的广告插入严重影响APP的体验。
因此,中国企业尤其是文化型企业在寻求海外发展机遇的过程中,必须重视中外文化差异。
而且,要注意优化不同国家和地区的用户体验。

Abstract
The2020wasfullofmagic.Inadditiontothenewepidemic,whichteststhecomprehensivemanagementcapacityandnationalcrisisresponsecapacityofvariouscountriesaroundtheworld,thereisalsotheprotractedtradewarbetweenChinaandtheUnitedStates.ItcanbesaidthatthemostfundamentalreasonwhytheUSgovernmentsuddenlyissuedsanctionsagainstTikTokattheendofJuly2020istheescalatingtradeconflictbetweenChinaandtheUS,whichisacceleratedundertheinfluenceoftheNewWorldepidemic.However,asaresearcher,weshouldlookbeyondtradeconflictsandlookbeyondauthoritiestointerpreteventsfrommultipleperspectivesformultiplecauses,especiallythosewithglobaleffects.ThispapermainlystudiesandanalyzesthecaseofTikTokbeingsanctionedbytheUSgovernmentfromtheperspectiveoftheKoreanEnglishmedia,andfindsandsummarizestheproblemsthatChineseenterprisesshouldpayattentiontointheoverseasoperation.Asaresult,theculturaldifferencesintheKoreanversionhavenotbeeneffectivelysolved.Inaddition,intermsofmarketingstrategy,excessiveadvertisementinsertionseriouslyaffectstheexperienceofAPP.Therefore,Chineseenterprises,especiallythosewithculturaltypes,mustpayattentiontotheculturaldifferencesbetweenChinaandforeigncountriesintheprocessofseekingoverseasdevelopmentopportunities.Moreover,weshouldpayattentiontotheoptimizationofuserexperienceindifferentcountriesandregions.
