Electricalworkersshallstartworkearlierwhencivilworkisinprogressandshallcooperatewithcivilworkerscloselytofinishreservationandpre-embeddingwork.2）EquipmentandmaterialinspectionEquipments&

MaterialsInspectionListaccompanyingwithqualitycertificate,productionlicense,qualitywarrantyshallbesubmittedtoEcolab/JLLforcheckafterequipmentandmaterialsaretransportedintothesite.EquipmentandmaterialsonsiteshallbecheckedandapprovedbyEcolab/JLLbeforetheyareappliedinconstruction.Asforimportantequipmentandmaterialssuchastransformer,electricalpanel,cabinet,andcommunicationequipment,theyshallbeunpackedandhandedoverinthepresenceofEcolab/JLLforthecheckofproductqualityandtechnicaldocuments.Electricalpanel&

cabinetincentralcontrolroomshalluseexistingdevice,whichmustbeinspectedandtestedbeforeinstallation;

ifanynon-conformance,reporttoEcolab/JLL.3）Electricalinstallation1、Electricinstallationshouldconformtoworkingprocessandtherelevantregulations.2、EachcompletedprocessshallbeapprovedbyEcolab/JLLafterself-inspectionbyConstructionCompany.Thenextprocesscanbestartedonlyafterthepreviousprocessisuptostandard.B、施工工作内容施工准备阶段1）建立电气安装工程的组织机构，由1个电气工程师、1个施工队长、根据业主提供的施工进度表安排若干个电工组成。

2）组织施工班组及有关人员熟悉施工图、资料、规范、标准等，特别是罗地亚提供的项目总技术要求更要详细了解，主管技术人员向施工班组作技术交底，并做好技术交底资料，使施工人员熟悉该工程各部分的施工技术要领，以便尽快顺利地完成电气安装工作。

3）主要施工器材的准备，应配备如下器材：

2t液压车2台、2t手拉葫芦3台、电焊机4台、液压压线钳3台、钻床2台、电锤2台、电钻4台、开孔器4套、力矩扳手4套、汽油喷灯4套、万用表5台、兆欧表2台（500V、2500V各一台）、接地电阻测试仪1台及适量的接线工具、各种扳手等。

施工阶段1）土建配合：

土建施工过程中，电气施工人员及早介入，密切配合土建施工，做好预留、预埋等工作。

2）设备、材料报验设备、材料进场后应向Ecolab/JLL提交“设备材料进场报验单”，并附产品合格证、生产许可证、质保书等质量资料，由Ecolab/JLL审核。

进场设备、材料经Ecolab/JLL核查同意后方能用于工程。

对于重要设备、材料如变压器、电气盘、柜等应会同Ecolab/JLL等单位参与设备开箱交接，共同检查产品质量和技术文件。

中控室内的电气盘、柜是利用旧设备，安装前必须进行检查和测试，如不符合要求必须上报Ecolab/JLL。

3）电气工程安装根据安装工序，认真做好每一道工序的安装工作，严格按规程施工。

每做好一道工序，施工单位自检合格后报Ecolab/JLL验收，验收合格后方能进入下一道工序。

Jointsbetweenpanels2mm4）Installationofpanel,cabinetPlaceswitchcabinetsontheirlocationsaccordingtodrawingsaftertheyaretransportedintodistributionroom.Applyprecisealignmentaftergeneralalignmentforeachcabinetduringerection.Asforarowofcabinets,installfromthemiddleoneandcarryoutlevelnessandalignment.Andthenextendtobothsidestomaketheirpanelsurfacesconsistent,orderlywithequalclearance.Dimensionofeachpartshallmeettherequirementof“allowabledeviationforpanelandcabinetinstallation”aftercompletionofassembly.Fixdistributioncabinetonthefoundationchannelsteelintheend.5）Doorofpanelandcabinetshallbeflexiblyopened/closedafterinstallation.Manualon/offofswitchshallbeinnormalstate.Generally,thebreakerwillnotbedisassembled,butitshallbetestedandalignedonstroke,contacttipactiontime,bouncetime,directcurrentresistance,insulationtestandsimultaneityofthree-phasecontacttip,etc.Allthewiringboard,buttonandindicatorshallhavefirmtags.6）InstallationofbusbarinsidepanelandcabinetInstallationofboltlappingsurfacebetweenbusandbusorbusandelectricalconnectionterminalsshallfollow:
