四、研究结果
Ispentovertwomonthsdesigning,andprecedingsuchaproject.Nowtheprojecthasbenefitednotonlythestudentsbutmyselfgreatly.OntheonehandthestudentshavebecomeveryinterestedinEnglishlistening.OntheotherhandIhavefoundabetterwaytoreachlisteningEnglish.

Hello,everyone.IhaveworkedasaJuniorMiddleSchoolEnglishteacherforafewyears.BeinganEnglishteacherisgreatfunandIamverysatisfiedwiththeprogressIhavemadeinmyteaching.However,sofar,IhavefoundsomeproblemswithmystudentsdoingEnglishlisteningpractice.Howtoimproveitremainsabigproblem.IhavetriedmybesttofindthesolutiontotheproblemsthroughpracticeandwhatIhavelearnedfromGansuTVUniversity.IamgladtosaythatIhavemadeagreatsuccess.Here,throughtheinterview,IhopeIcanlearnmorefromallofmyteachersandseniors.

Abstract
Thepresentstudypresentsadetailedreportofaprojectconductedtosolvetheproblemthatmostofmystudentsdonotlikedoingpracticeoflistening.Itishypothesizedthatlearners’interestinlisteningwillbegreatlyimprovedbybetterdesign.Thishypothesisisverifiedbyafour-weekpracticeofwell-organizedlisteningactivities.
