Ahumanityassumptionsonoverviewofthetheoreticaldevelopmentandthetheoreticalframework
FamousAmericanbehavioralscientistMikeMcGregor<<enterpriseshumanity>>1957firstproposedthe“economicmanhypothesis”and“socialassumptions”,afterwhichhecombinedwiththepointofviewofMaslowetal,toextracttheself-fulfillinghypothesis“conceptinhisopinion,thebasisofmanagementishowtolookatthenatureofhumannature.”economicmanhypothesis“isamanagementideasestablishedinthetopoftheevilhumannature,and”socialassumptions“materialinterestsInasecondaryfactor,friendlycoexistencebetweenpeoplepaymoreattentiontothe“self-fulfillinghypothesis”isconstructedonthebasisofhumannatureisgoodmanagement.

Second,thesocialenvironmentexperiencedbymigrantworkersinChina’smanufacturingindustry
Inthe1980s,China’smarketeconomyreformcreatedtherapideconomicdevelopmentofthecoastalspecialeconomiczones,followedbythesecondaryandtertiaryindustries,especiallyinmanufacturingandlabor-intensiveindustriesrepresented,alargenumberoflabordemand.Meanwhile,theimplementationofmarketeconomicreforminrural,acceleratethespeedoftechnologicalprogressandagriculturalindustrialstructureupgradeproductivefactorshavebeenreconfigured,andtheliberationoftheruralsurpluslaborforceisbasedonthisbackground,thecountrytomakepolicyadjustmentsbeganpermitmigrantworkersintheurban-ruraldualsystemdoesnotchangethepremiseofmigrantemployment,migrantworkersgroups,asderivedinthetransformationofthesocio-economicdevelopmentofemergingproduct,startthem“Migrantwagefarmingnewmodel.
Overtime,theteamofmigrantworkersisgrowingstronger,especiallyafterChina’saccessiontotheWTOin2001,thesluggishsalesofagriculturalproducts,istobecomeadirectthrustofthetransferofsurplusrurallabortomanufacturing2006,theStateCouncilResearchOfficepublished<ResearchReportofChinesemigrantworkers.,2004,atotalof118millionmigrantworkersincities,accountingfor23.8%ofthetotalrurallaborforce.
Inrecentyears,80,90getoutofhighschoolchoosetofollowtheirfathersintothecitytowork,thenewgenerationofmigrantworkersgroupsandanewseriesofsocialchangesbegantoappear.Economiesintransition,inwhichtheirparents,theyfaceonthesocialenvironmentismorecomplex:
theglobalizationoftheworldeconomymakesacleardivisionoflabor,tokeeppacewiththedualeconomicformof“virtualeconomy”andthe“realeconomy”countriesregion,the2008U.S.“subprimecrisis”broughtChinesemanufacturingDepression,China’spoliticalsystemreformimminent,thesocialgapbetweentherichandthepoorwidenedandlarge,China’surbanizationandindustrializationseparationcausedtheissuestoberesolved.
