sdemandtheproduct.Therefore,usestheadvanceddesigntechnologyandthemethod,speedsupsupposescountsthespeed,improvesthedesignquality,reducesthedevelopmentcycle,isenhancestheenterprisecompetitivepower,thechangeatpresenttheenginebedindustrypresentsituationeffectiveway.Theauthoractsaccordingtotheaggregatemachine-toolthedesigncharacteristic,unifiesadvancedsupposescountsthetechnology,carriedinthreedimensionaldesignsoftwareplatformUGtwotimeshasopenedsends,hasestablishedtheaggregatemachine-toolCADsystem.Thissystemhascoveredtheentireprocesswhichtheaggregatemachine-tooldesigns,mayenhancetheratedcapacityeffectively.
1systemfunctionmoduleoutline
Aboveaggregatemachine-tooldesignprocessisonefromthefunctionaldesigntothedetaileddesignprocess,butatpresenthadtheaggregatemachine-toolCADsystemgreatlyusesisdesignsfromthecomponentstotheassemblydesignprocess,cannotManZucongtheconceptualdesigntothedetaileddesignrequest.Weaccordingtotheenginebeddesignmethodandthestep,incancarryontheanalysistothesystemmeritinthefoundation,hasdividedthesystemfunctionmodule,hasestablishedbasedonthemodulardesigntheoryaggregatemachine-toolCADsystem.Shouldbetheserieshasbuiltalllevelsofmoduletemplatestorehouse,enabledtheusertobepossibletodothedesignworkinthecorrespondingplatform,mightrealizethetop-downdesign,holdsthedistributionaldesign.
Thissystemis(i.e.UG)asdevelopstheplatformtakethreedimensionaldesignsoftwareUnigraphics.InnotonlyUGcontainsformidableCAD/theCAM/CAEfunction,butalsoprovidedasettouseinUGre-developmentsoftwaretoolUG/oPENKit.IncludingUG/oPENGRIP(graphinteractiveprocedure),UG/OPENAPI(applicationprograminterface)UG/oPENUIstyler(userinterfacedesignconnection),Usertools(userfromdefinestool)Thissystemsynthesishasusedthesedevelopmentkit,translatestheenvironmenttakeVisualC++6.0.Thissystemdividesinto3parts:
1)mastercontrollibraryofsubroutines,includingapplicationproceduresandsoonfriendlydatabasedatamanagement;
2)thethree-dimensionalmodeltemplatestorehouse,thepackageincludestheaggregatemachine-toolalllevelsofmodulecorrespondencethethreedimensionalassemblymodelbase;
3)numberaccordingtostorehouse,includingstandardpartdataandsoonparameterdata,designcalculationdatadatabases.Figure1isthesystemstructuredrawing.Aggregatemachine-tool('
ADsystemuserinterface
Theaggregatemachine-tooldesigncharacteristicistheprojectdesignrequestdesignrevisionisconvenient,sparepartquantityisbig,therestraintrelationsiscomplex.Itsdesignprocessmainlyhasfollowingseveralsteps:
1)formulatesthecraftplan,thedefinitecomponentsthecraftcontentaswellasthemethodwhichcompletesontheaggregatemachine-tool,decidesthecuttingtooltype,thestructuretype,quantityandthecuttingspecificationsandsoon;
2)actsaccordingtothedesignationthecraftplan,definiteenginebeddispositionformandstructureplan;
3)andcarriesonthethree-dimensionalmodelparametrizationdesign,thedesigncalculation,thecraftplaninthedesignationman-machinecontactsurfaceanddeterminedtheenginebeddispositionform,inthestructureplanfoundation,carriesontheplanblueprintdesign,includingisprocessedthecomponentsworkingprocedurechart,theprocessingschematicdrawing,theenginebedrelationdimensionaldrawingandtheproductivitycomputationcard.
1.1mastercontrollibraryofsubroutines
Mastercontrolprogramsincludingwithuserinteractivevisualizationcontactsurfaceandeachkindofcomputationdisposalprocedure.ThissystemdevelopstheplatformtakeUG18.0,usesUG/OPENUIstylerandUsertheToolscontactsurfacedevelopmentkitdesignwiththeUGuserinterfacestyleconsistentvisualizationcontactsurface.Thissystemmastercontrolprogramalsoincludeseachkindofdesign,thecomputation,thedatareductionprogram,thesystemsoftwarearchitectureusesthemodulardesign,eachmodulerealizationcertainfunction,hastheindependentstructure,alonetranslatesthemovement.Mainlyincludesfollowingseveralparts:
1)thecuttingspecificationscomputationmoduleintheaggregatemachine-tooldesign,needsaccordingtothecuttingspecificationstodeterminethefeedforce,thecuttingtorque,thecuttingpower,takethechoiceslidingtable,thetransmissionelectricalmachineryaswellasthedesignmainaxle,thebiographymovingpartsjigdesignbasis.Thissystemprovidedanautomaticcomputationcuttingspecificationsprogrammodule,theuserhaslostthechoicematerialandtheprocessingmethodthroughtheman-machineinteractioncontactsurfaceonandsoon,theautomaticcomputationcuttingspecifications,carriedonthepartchoiceandthedesignfortheuser.
2)processestheschematicdrawingdesignmoduleprocessingschematicdrawingisinanaggregatemachine-tooldesignprocessimportantpart,isdeterminestheaggregatemachine-toolaxleboxbodythedesignandthetransmissionsystemdesigntwoparts.Theheadstockdesignmoduleintheheadstockoverallassemblymodeldesignplatform,acceptstheuserinputthroughtheinteractivecontactsurfacethedesigndata.Theheadstockbodydesignprocessistransferstheheadstockbodycomponentsandactsaccordingtotheparameterrenewalmodel;
Thetransmissionsystemdesignprocessisthetransmissionoverallsystemwhichthetransferbasictransmissionmodelcombinesunceasinglyformsneeds.Disposesstructuralstyleheadstockwhichtheuserneeds.
1.2three-dimensionalmodeltemplatestorehouse
Three-dimensionalmodeltemplatestorehouseincludingaggregatemachine-toolalllevelsofmodulethree-dimensionalmodelgraphstorehouse.Thissystemaccordingtothemodulardesignprinciple,intotheaggregatemachine-toolfunctionalanalysisfoundationin,theaggregatemachine-toolwilldivideintothedifferentlevel,eachlevelincludingaseriesofmodules.Thesystemaccordingtotheaggregatemachine-toolmodulationdesigncharacteristic,allestablishesthecorrespondingthree-dimensionalmodeltemplatetoeachlevelmodule.Theusermaydefertoownneedstochoosethetemplate,theinputparameter,therenewalmodel,carriesonfromthetopdesign.Inthegraphstorehousethree-dimensionalmodeliscontrolsthemodelaccordingtotheuserinputparametertherenewal.Themodelparameterdividesintothemainparameterandthesecondaryparameter.Inestablishmentcomponentsmodeltime,mustcarryontheanalysistothecomponentsstructure,determinedcanreflectthecomponentsimportantfunctionstructurethemainparameter,thedeterminationsecondaryparameterandthemainparameterrelations.Theuserfromtheinteractivecontactsurfaceinputmainparameter,thesystemthemainparametertooktheinquirycorrespondingcompleteparameter,transmitsagaingivesthemodel,carriesonthemodeltherenewal.

Singlecomponentsandunit.Regardingsinglecomponents,modelincludingstructuresizeparameter,regardingstandardletterandstandardpart,modelintakeconditionsgenerallyonlythenorminorityseveral,likesidefoundationintakeconditionsnamelyforsidefoundationmodel.Regardingunit,exceptstructuresizeparameter,butalsoincludestheassemblyrestraintparameter.Inthissystemparametergraphstorehousedesignprocess,theassemblymodelhasusedUGtheWAVEtechnology,willassemblethemodeltoform1controlstructureaccordingtothedesignrule,willdefinethegeometryinformationandtheparameterinamongwhichwillneed,willcauseintheaggregatemachine-toolalllevelsoftemplateassemblymodelbetweenthesub-modulegeometrycharacteristicallwillbethewholecorrelation.Throughtheuserinputconnectionparameter,whilerenewspart,betweenthepartmaintainstheassemblyrestraintrelationswhich11decides.Forexamplethehydraulicpressureslidingtable,thepowerbox,thesidefoundationcomposedrilltruncatetheprocessingunitassemblymodel,isdeferstothestandardspecificationtocarryonthedisposition,afterhasdeterminedtheslidingtablemodel,intakeconditionsonlythenforslidingtablefloorwidth.Thesystemacceptsthisentrancehostparameter,takethisastheinquirycondition,inthestandardletterspecificationdatabase,obtainstheconnectionscrew,thehydraulicpressureslidingtable,thesidefoundationandthepowerboxcompleteparameterseparately,andrenewsthemodel,thistimetheslidingtable,thefoundationandthepowerboxstillmaintainedcertainassemblyrestraintrelations.Three-dimensionalmodelgraphstorehouseincludingfollowingseveralparts:
