JogginghasbecomethemostpopularindividualsportinUSA.Ithasbecomecommonplacetoseepeopleofallagesrunningalongcitystreets,inparksandalongspecialjogger’strailsthathavebeenbuiltinsomecities.Manytheories,evensomemysticalones,havebeenadvancedtoexplainthepopularityofjogging.Theplaintruthisthatjoggingisacheap,quick,andefficientwaytomaintainphysicalfitness.
