ABSTRACT
AmongtheChineseandforeignjointenterprises,specialoftheChineseandAmericaenterprises,about15percententerpriseshaveterminatedtheirlifeearlierthanthetimetheywereexpected.Themostimportantreasonforthisperformanceisthattheculturaldifferencehascausedtheinstabilityintheenterprises.Thereareexistsmanydifferenceinsocialregime,arteryculture,ideologyandeconomicdevelopinglevelbetweenChinaandAmerica.
Thepaperfirstintroducestheproblemandthendomoreaboutthedifferencesofcorporatecultureit.Atlastputforwardsomeintegratingprinciples,integratingmethodsandintegratingprocess,illustratestheinfluenceofnationalcultureoncorporateculture,andpresentsthetheoryoncross-culturalmanagementandthetheoryoncorporatecultureconformity.Itresearchintoitfromthebeginningoftheproblem,studythequestionsoftheenterpriseculturetheory,includingthedefinitionandstructureoftheenterpriseculture,theimpactfactoroftheenterpriseculture.Fromcommontoindividual,itanalyzesthedifferencesofChineseandAmericaenterprises.Afterthat,itcomparesnationalcultureandcorporateculturebetweenChinaandAmerica,findsoutthedifferencebetweenthem,bringcertainintegratingprinciples,integratingmethodsandintegratingprocess.

摘 要
在中国建立的中外合资企业中,尤其是中美合资企业,约有15%的企业的预定寿命提前终止,其中由于文化差异造成的企业终止占主要成分。
中美双方的社会制度、主流文化、意识形态以及经济发展水平存在许多差异。
本文首先提出了问题,然后着重分析了企业文化的差异,最后提出了一些企业整合的原则方法以及过程。
从问题提出源头开始,研究了企业文化的相关问题,包括企业文化的概念结构,影响因素,再由一般到个别,分析中美企业文化的差异。
随后对中美两国的国家文化和企业文化进行了比较,找出两国国家文化及企业文化的差异,提出一定的整合原则、整合方法及整合流程。

Nowdaysmoreandmorecorporationsalreadyrealizethattheimportantmeaningoftheconstructionofcorporateculture.Withthedevelopmentofeconomicglobalization,theculturalfusionisimpelledtremendously,andthecompetitionbetweencompanieshasevolvedintocompetitionthroughCorporateCulture.AndmostsuccessfulenterpriseshaveverygoodCorporateCultures.

Broadlyspeaking,cultureisthehistoricalpracticeofhumansocietyintheprocessofcreationofmaterialwealthandspiritualwealth,thesumof;
narrowsense,cultureistheideologyofthecommunityaswellasthecorrespondingorganizationandsystem.
Thecorporatecultureisthepracticeofenterprisesintheproductionandoperation,andgraduallyform,andforallemployeestoacknowledgeandcomplywiththeorganizationalcharacteristicsofthemission,vision,purpose,spirit,valuesandbusinessphilosophy,aswellasintheproductionoftheseideasbusinesspractices,managementsystems,employeebehaviorandcorporateimagereflectsthesumoftheexternal.Withcultureandeducation,scientificresearch,militaryandotherorganizations,thecultureofnatureisdifferent.
Enterprisecultureisthesoul,isaninexhaustiblemotiveforcetopromoteenterprisedevelopment.Itcontainsaveryrichincontent,thecoreistheenterprisespiritandvalues.Here'

corporateculture-thecustomsandetiquetteofbusinesssurvival,"
abook.ThebookwaspublishedinJuly1981,becamethebest-sellingmanagementbooks.Wasnamedafter80yearsofthiscentury'
smostinfluentialmanagementmonograph10,onediscussesthecorporateculturetobecomeaclassic.Itusesawealthofexamplesofthat:
anoutstandingandsuccessfulenterprisehasastrongcorporateculture,namely,toabidebyallthestaff,butoftenisanaturalconvention,ratherthanawrittencodeofconduct;
andhaveawidevarietyusedtopromote,reinforcethesevaluesritualsandcustoms.Itiscorporateculture-thenon-technical,non-economicfactors,ledtotheemergenceofthesedecisions,enterpriseappointment,removalandassmallasthebehaviorofemployees,clothing,hobbies,livinghabits.Inthetwootherconditionsarealmostthesamecompanies,becauseofthestrengthofitsculture,totheconsequencesofenterprisedevelopmentisentirelydifferent.
