1.2Theapproachesofdealingwiththestressinsawbladematrix
TheapproachofdealingwithIrregularstressinthebladematrix-presetstress:
usingarollingmachine(ie,thestresscorrectionmachine)inthehalfofthebladeradiusofthelocation,orhammeringthebladeonbothsidesofthefixeddiameterpartstocausethetensionring.Asaresult,itcanmakeuseofthispresetstresscausedbyswellingorasymmetry.
Theinnerregionhasacompressionstress,whiletheouterringregionhasatensilestressinthetangentialdirection.
Thistreatmentmakescontributiontothestabilityoftheblade,whichcanoffsetthenegativeeffectoftheouterringheatandcuttingforces.

Powerthecontrolcabinettolightthedigitaltubeandstartthecomputer.ClicktheshortcutmenuofSawBladeMatrixStressDetectionSystemontheWindowsdesktoptogetintheinterfaceofSawBladeMatrixStressDetectionSystem.Thisprogramcanonlyworkunder1024×
768resolution.PleaseoperateaccordingtotheChineseintheinterfaceasthefollowingfigure.

PrepareformeasurementFirst,wipeupthebladeandtheflangechucktobedetectedwithcleansoftcloth.Placethebladeandtheflangechuckonthespindleofthestressdetectorinorder,andtwistthehandleofthevalveabovetoclamptheblade.Second,movethecontactdisplacementsensortotheparttobedetectedofthebladeandlockit.Third,movethepneumaticloadingindentertothesitewherethebladeandthedetectionsensorhavethesameradius.
DetectsawbladesClickthebuttonF1ontheinterfacetogetstarted(ifthebuttondoesnotbounce,youcanclickitagaintorestart.).Thenholdchuckhandleandrotatethebladeuniformly.Atthistime,thecontactdisplacementsensorrapidlysamplestheblade’sdeflectionjumpactionandsendsthesignalbacktoPCmonitor.Whenrotationangleisgreaterthan360°
