Article3Repayment

Clause9RepaymentPrinciple

Iftheloanperiodiswithinoneyear（includingoneyear）,therepaymentshallbepaidoffinlumpsumpayment.

Iftheloanperiodismorethanoneyear,PartyAbeginstopaytheprincipalfromthenextmonthafterreceivingtheloan.Duringtherepaymentperiod,PartyAshallpaytheloanprincipalandinterestonetimepermonth,andthelastrepaymentcannotexceedtheexpiry.

BothpartiesagreetocomplywiththeprinciplethatPartyApaystheprincipalfirst,thenpaysofftheinterest.

Clause14ExtendingRepaymentPeriod

Duringfulfillingthecontract,ifPartyAcannotrepaytheinstallmentsontimeduetoobjectivereasons,PartyAhastoapplytoPartyBforextendingtherepaymentperiod20dayspriortotherepaymentday.PartyAcanonlyapplyforextendingtherepaymentperiodonetime.
