sbuildingenergyconsumptionperunitareaisstillaclimatesimilartothedevelopedcountries3timesto5times.ConstructionenergyconservationisChina'
sconstructionindustryisanimportanttask.
One,externalwallthermalinsulationtechnology
Energysavingthermalinsulationwallconstructiontechnologymainlydividedintoexteriorwallinternalinsulationandexteriorwallinsulationintwocategories.

2)duetotheexpandedpolystyreneinsulationmaterials,thepriceisveryexpensive,sothatthewholesystemofmoderateprice.Convenientuseracceptance;
3)nocomplexconstructiontechnology,constructionunitafterabrieftraining,cangrasptheessentialsforconstruction,technologypromotion;
4)itsetinsulation,waterproofinganddecorationfunctioninabody,hastheadvantagesofmultiplefunctions;
5)thewholesystemhasgoodweatherability,goodwaterproofandwatervaporpermeability;
6)avarietyofcolorandtextureofthesurfacecoatingforselection,andtheentiresystemsupportingtheuseof.Atpresent.ThisapproachinBeijing,NortheastChinaandotherplaceshasbeenwidelyapplied,BeijingYuGarden,Wolonggarden,theMinistryofconstructionofCeight,Ctenbuildingstransformationandmanyotherengineering,haveadoptedthisapproach.However,duetoexpansionpolystyreneagainsttermites,termiteinareasnotavailable;
duetotheconstructionofenvironmentaltemperatureof4degrees,notsuitableforwinterconstruction.

Extrudedpolystyreneisinrecentyearsdevelopedanewtypeofthermalinsulationmaterial.Atpresent,extrudedpolystyreneandthetealayerwallfixedmodemainlyadoptsmechanicalfasteners.Thematerialhastheadvantagesthat:
1)extrudedpolystyrenewithdensesurfaceandinnerlayeroftheobturatorstructure.Itsthermalconductivityismuchlowerthanthesamethicknessofexpandedpolystyrene,thereforehasabetterthermalinsulationpropertiesofexpandedpolystyrene.Inthesamebuilding,itsthicknesscanbelessthanothertypesofinsulationmaterial;
2)duetotheinnerlayerofthe[knifeholestructure.Soithasgoodhumidityresistance,inthehumidenvironment,cankeepgoodthermalinsulationproperties;
3)suitableforcoldinsulationonthespecialrequirementsofthebuilding,andcanalsobeusedforexteriorwallfacingmaterialforbrickorstonebuilding,4)asaresultofextrudedpolystyreneandthebasewallfixingmodeofsoilusingmechanicalfastener.Inwinterthenormalconstruction.Atpresent.InBeijing,theriverrunsandotherregionshavetousethismaterialforouterwallexternalthermalinsulationconstruction,suchastheBeijingNewOrientalPlaza,BankofChinaandotherlargepublicbuildings.Buttheextrudedpolystyrenepriceisonthehighside,thusissuitableforhighergradeofthebuilding.Theconstructiontechnologyandnodestructureneedstobefurtherperfected.
