Firstly,thiskindofhugemoneytoacountrycanmakemanypeoplehavesomemealandwater.Nowinourcountrytherearemanypeopleindifficultandhavenomoneytoeatordrinkfinallytheydied.Sothefinancialonresearchdoesnothaveanypracticalusemaybecanputtorebuildthevillageorexploitforthepeople.

Idisagreewiththestatementpeopleholdingdifferentviewscannotachievesuccessasateam.Somepeopleinoneteamofacompanybuttheyonlyagreewithoneman’sopiniondonotthinkotherswillbesodrabanddonotcreative,soIdisagreewiththestatementforthefollowingreasons.

Firstly,thepeopleholdingdifferentviewscanbemorecreativeandmoreideascanmakepeopleknowmoreandconsideratemore.Forexamplethebossgivesateamatask,peopleintheteamholdingdifferentideascanbemorecreativeandtheycanhavemorewaystosolvethistask.

Secondlyisitcanbemoreeffectiveifpeopleinateamcanholddifferentideas.Iftheyonlyhaveoneideatheywillnotknowwhatisthebestway,iftheyhavemoreideastoconsideratetheywillsavetometorunthemosteffectiveway.Differentideascanmakepeoplethinkmoreandthenusethebestideascansavetheirtimetodosomeotherthings,likestaywithfamilyorgoexercise.

Althoughholdingdifferentideasishelpful,theteammembershavethesameideaandworkitouttogethercanletpeopleintheteamunityiftheymeetacompetitiontheywillgettogetherandfacetheproblemthensolveittogether.Inthiskindofteammustbeeasytolivebecausepeopleintheteamkindtoeachother.

Iagreewiththestatementthatallhigh-schoolstudentsshouldtakebasiceconomiccourses.Somechildrenbecomeadulttheymeetseveralproblemsneedthemtosolveindependent,buttheydidnothavethiskindofabilitylikemanagingtheirmoneyorcooktofeedthemselves.Sowhatshouldwepreparewhenweareinourchildhood?
