摘要
工业型煤的发展对于提高煤炭利用率、节约能源以及减少环境的污染等方面有着重要意义。
而工业对辊成型机是整个生产工业型煤设备中必不可少的机械设备。
对辊成型机与其他同类产品相比较,具有成球率高、消耗功率小,结构紧凑便于检修调试等鲜明的技术优势。
本文主要描述了对辊成型机的整体设计要求及相关部位的计算。
工业对辊成型机主要由电动机、带轮、减速机、给料系统、轴承、压辊、承压系统以及润滑系统等机构组成的。
本次设计为使两对辊之间保持良好的对中性,从而保证型煤的质量,在对辊的辊轮与辊轴之间采用胀套无键连接技术,以便根据需要对辊轮进行相应的调整。
本次设计采用同步式齿轮传动箱传动,给料方式是自重给料。
采用液压平衡成型力,优点是生产机动灵活,可以调整压力,保护压辊不受损。
另外
本次设计采用螺杆固定式框架结构,以满足结构简单、承载能力强、装拆方便的需要。

ABSTRACT
Thedevelopmentofindustrialbriquettecoalcanimprovetheutilizationofcoal,saveenergyandreduceenvironmentalpollutionandotheraspectsofgreatsignificance.Theindustryontherollformingmachineistheproductionofindustrialbriquetteequipmentessentialmachineryandequipment.Ontherollformingmachineandothersimilarproducts,comparedwiththeballissmall,compactandeasymaintenanceanddebuggingdistincttechnicaladvantages.Thispaperdescribestheoveralldesignofrollformingmachinerequirementsandtherelevantpartsofthecalculation.
Industryontherollformingmachinemainlyconsistsofmotor,pulley,gear,feedingsystems,bearings,roller,pressuresystems,andotherinstitutionsofthelubricationsystem.Thedesignofthetwopairofrollsisgoodbetweentheneutral,soastoensurethequalityofcoal,thepairofrollersbetweentherollersoftherollsleevekeylessconnectionusingexpansiontechniquestobebasedontheneedforrollersadjustedaccordingly.
Thedesignusesasynchronousgearboxdrive,feedingmethodisweightfeed.Hydraulicbalancingformingforce,theadvantageofproducingflexible,youcanadjustthepressuretoprotectthepressurerollerisnotdamaged.Otherthedesignusesascrewfixedframestructuretomeetthesimplestructure,strongbearingcapacity,easyassemblyanddisassemblyneeds.

Bearinglifereferstothetotalnumberofrevolutions(ortimeperiod)abearingperformssatisfactorilyunderstatedconditionsbeforefailure.Ingeneral,basedontheoperatingconditionsthescopeofthebearinglifeisdefined.Incaseofthebearingmaynotbeconsideredasanimmediatefailureanditslifecanbeprolongedwithpropermaintenance.Ontheotherdemandscontrolandsensitiveeventoveryslightdimensionalvariation,noiseorvibration..

Withtheproperselectionofbearingforagivenapplication,thebearingfailspredominantlybyfatigueandcanbeestimatedbytheaboveequation[1,2].Thereareseveralotherparameterslikeimproperselectionofbearingforagivenapplication,inadequatelubrication,improperinstallation,excessiveloadingpreloading,vibrations,impactloading,environmentalfactorslikecorrosivemedia,temperature,contaminatedenvironmentthatcancauseabearingtofailbeforeitspredictedlifetimeandareclassifiedasprematurefailures.Thefailuremodesofabearing,besidesfatigue,includeplasticflow,fracture,wear,corrosionandelectricalpitting.Bygatheringdataonapplicationofthebearingandoperatingconditionsduringrunningandatthetimeoffailure,damageanalysiscanbemadebystudyingthemodeoffailureanditsmostprobablerootcausefortheprematurefailurecanbeestablished.Ifmorethanoneparameterisinvolvedinprematurefailure,itwillincreasethecomplexityofidentifyingtherootcause[3-5].
Inthepresentstudy,damageanalysismadeontheprematurelyfailedfrontwheeloutertaperedrollerbearingisdiscussed.AschematicviewoftractorisshowninFig.1andthelocationoffrontwheelouterbearingiscircles(inFig.1).
2.Experimentaldetails
Adetailedstudyonthefailedbearingwasmadeincludingvisualexamination,chemicalcomposition,micromicroscope(SEM)studies.Visualexaminationwascarriedoutusingastereozoommicroscope.Thechemicalcompositionofthefailedcomponentswascarriedoutusingsparkemissionspectrometry.Bakelitemountedandpolishedcutsectionswereusedformetallographicobservationandmicrohardnessmeasurements.Themicrostructurewasst
