由学号确定进料中含有甲烷、正丁烷、正戊烷、甲醇、乙醇、乙酸,来制备乙酸乙酯并提纯。

二、设计思路及流程设计
在本次分离任务中乙酸和乙醇为反应物,所含的杂质为甲烷,正丁烷、正戊烷、甲醇,由于甲醇对反应影响较大,故先采用一个塔将其分离出去。
根据其他烷炷的沸点比甲醇低,可以一同除去。
然后直接进行反应。
反应生成的产物中,包括乙酸、乙醇、乙酸乙酯和水,其中乙醇与乙酸乙酯较难分离,故先除去乙酸,再除去乙醇,最后通过倾析出去水。
整个工艺流程由五个部分组成:
脱杂质塔(T1),反应器(R),脱乙酸塔(T2),脱乙醇塔(T3),冷凝器(COOL),倾析器(DEC)o流程图如下:

三、工艺及操作条件
3.1设置单位制和输出报告
完成流程后单击NEXT键,进入如下界面,点击setup文件夹,输入名称以
及选择单位制为米制。
