Becausetherearevariousrestrictionstotestthedynamometercardinfield,itisnecessarytostudytheindirectmethods.Themethodtocalculatethedynamometercardofdownwardbarbellpumpingunitusingthemeasuredmotorpowerisproposed.Aimingatthedifferentbalancemodeofdownwardbarbellpumpingunitandconsideringtheeffectofinertialforceofthedownwardbarbellbalanceequipment,therelationshipbetweenthenettorqueloadingandmotoroutputpowerofdownwardbarbellpumpingunitcanbeestablished,andwhichlaidthefoundationforpredictingdynamometercard.Theexampleshowsthatthepredicteddynamometercardhashigheraccuracydegreeanditcanbeusedtoguidetheanalysisandcalculationinthefield.

1.Introduction:
Inordertomaketheoilpumpingwellinefficient,lowconsumption,safetyproduction,itisnecessarytounderstandtheworkingconditionofdeepwellpump.Nowdynamometercardiswidelyusedformeasurementanalysisofpumpingwellcondition,theadvantagesare:
simple,intuitive,rapid,andreliable.Atpresent,oilfieldmainlyusesoilpumpingtoextractoil.Mainlyanalyzingworkingconditionofdown-holepumpthroughmeasuringthedynamometercard,themethodissimple,convenient,andaccurate.Butthemeasureofdynamometercardmustinstalldynamometercardtesterthatistime-consumingandlaborious.What’smore,theloadsensorwithshortservicelifeiseasilyaginganddamagedbyhumandestruction.Therefore,LiHuJuninSichuanputforwardanindirectmethodofdynamometercard,themotorpowerconversionmethod,whichusesthemeasuredpowercurvetopredictdynamometercard.
Owingtotheproblemthatbiaseddownwardbarbellpumpingunitbalancemodeisdifferentfromtheconventionalpumping.Afterin-depthresearch,acalculationmethodisputforwardtocalculatebiaseddownwardbarbellpumpingmachinedynamometercardusingthemotorpowercurvemeasurement.
2.Literaturereview
Presentresearchonindirectmeasurementmethodofdynamometercardwasstillintheinitialstage,themeasurementmethodsweren’tusedeffectivelyinpractice.Relatedliteraturehaddiscussedmeasurementmethods,buttheproposedmethodcouldn'
tdealwithdefectssuchaschangingoilwellcondition,norprovidereliabledatatosupportfaultdiagnosis[1].Therefore,LiHuJuninSichuanputforwardanindirectmethodofdynamometercard,namelythemotorpowerconversionmethod,whichusedthemeasuredpowercurvetopredictdynamometercard[2].Biaseddownwardbarbellpumpingunitbalancemodewasdifferentfromtheconventionalpumping.
Oilproductionmainlyusedthesucker-rodpumpingsystem,andmeasureddynamometercardtodiagnoseoilwells.Dynamometercardofpumpingoilwasacquireddirectlybymeasuringloadsensoronthepolishedrod,andwasusedfordiagnosisofworkingconditionandmeasurementofliquidquantity,andotherapplication[3].Becausetheloadsensorhadlotsofrestrictionssuchasagedeasily,withshortservicelife,easytodriftandeasytobeseverelydamaged,manyscholarstriedtouseotherindirectmethodtoobtainthedynamometercard.Forexample,usingtheforcediagramsofoiltubingtodiagnoseworkingconditionandmeasuredynamometercard;
powercurve,basicparameters,transformationwerecombinedtocomputedynamometercard;
dynamometercardwerecombinedwithpowercarvetomeasuredynamometercardaccordingtotheprincipleofconservationofenergy[4].
3.Methodology
3.1Dynamometercardpredictionmodel
Motorpowerconversionmethodwasawaythatconvertsthepowercurveintodynamometercard[5-6].Throughcalculatingthemeasuredpowercurvetoacquirethedynamometercardofpumpingwells,calculativedynamometercardcouldbegenerallyconsistentwiththemeasureddynamometercardonlyafterpartialcorrections.Thisprovidedanewmethodtoobtaindynamometercardwithoilwellsworkingallthetime.
Whendynamometercardwasderivedfromtherelationshipbetweenpowercurveandthesizeoftheoilpumpingmachine,aspumpingmachinesizedata,andgeometrydataofeachwellwerenoteasytoobtain,andtheerrorofthesizeofgreatlyaffecttheresult,therefore,thedynamometercardmeasuredbypowercurvescoulduseasetofknowndynamometercardandpowercurvetocomputepowerlosstospeculatedynamometercardintherestoftime,themainprincipleswereasfollows:
(1)Thepowercurve,powerwasmainlycomposedoftwoparts:
polishedrodhorsepower,systemlosses(frictionloss,unbalancedloss,beltslippageloss)
(2)Firstlyusinghandhelddynamometertomeasureasetofknowndynamometercardandthepowercurve,accordingtotheformula

Thecurveofloadanddisplacementofpumpingsuspensionpointcouldbedrawnbycalculationabove,namelythepumpingmachinedynamometercard.
Inordertomeasuredynamometercardmoreconveniently,powercurvesontheupperdeadcenterweregenerallymeasuredfirstly,butpowercurvesoftenlagged
behind,sothelocationofthepowercurveonthebottomdeadcentermustbejudgedcorrectly[2].Becauseoftheinfluenceoflagonthedrawingpenofpowermeter,merelyaccordingtothecycletimeofdownstroketodeterminethebottomdeadcenteronthepowercurvewouldproducecertainerror.Atthesametime,thepowermeteralsodrewthecurveofpowerfactor.Ingeneral,motorpowerfactorvalueontheupperandbottomdeadcenterofpumpingunitandpowervaluewasalsoaroundtheminimum.Accordingtothecharacteristicsaboveandincombinationwiththetimeofdownstroke,thepowercurvewasjudgedcorrectlyonthepositionofthebottomdeadcenter.
Inaddition,whenmotorspeedwasusedtocalculatedynamometercard,thephenomenonmayexistthatdynamometercardwasnotclosed,namelythereweresomeabnormalvaluesamongthecalculatedsuspensionpointloadvaluesontheupperandbottomdeadcenter.Thereasonsforthisphenomenonwere:
(1)ontheupperandbottomdeadcenter,accelerationwasreverseandpolishedroddisplacementwasmall
(2)nearbytheupperandbottomdeadcenter,suspensionpointloadsmutated(3)thetorquecoefficientwasverysmallontheupperandbottomdeadcenter,almostzero.From
